Ive only ordered once from here, a chicken salad(to go) waited in the front, nice vibe, nice employees, good first impression. It was a little pricey but it beats traveling to Santa fe for a salad. To be honest, espanola needs more places like this, all we have is fast food, sopapillas, and a mid(sometimes ok) chinese restaurant.
Apple Valley Kitchen really impressed me. The restaurant was very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, which stood out right away. Our waiter was friendly, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was just right, which you don’t always see these days. The food itself was delicious fresh, flavorful, and served hot.
