Food was gross, they took forever to make a single burger and a shake there was not a lot of people there that day it was just awful. I would recommend going to pojo or santa fe for a better burger is you want lotaburger.

Wait time to order was about 15 minutes and to get the order was approximately another 15-20 minutes. They weren't busy, perhaps just short on help. The New Mexico Style green chili cheese burger and fries were good. The woman who gave me my order didn't know what was what. She wasn't really friendly. May be my last time eating here as they don't seem to be what they once were. Didn't get a milkshake, but it was affordable at $4. The meal, along with 3 other Lota Burgers with cheese, cost right st $36. Bathroom had toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor.

Lotaburger you have messed with me for the last time. I just got my Lotaburger with cheese with one little piece of wilted slimy lettuce, one tomato, and a slab of white onion. I have put up with you changing the recipe, making the lotaburger much smaller, amd changing the bun. you took perfection and messed with it. No mas! I take my money to whataburger. Their burgers are what yours used to be like. Lotaburgee, dont bother with your fake attempts to make things right. My mind is made up. Whataburger rules!

After paying for an order online and I show up at 5pm on a Friday night just to find a sign saying “drive thru closed, lobby only” then I try to go inside to pickup the order and every door is locked… while there are workers inside. When did this become the new norm? It’s sad that almost every business in Espanola allows this type of behavior.
