I went to the Espanola NM Blake’s Lotaburger and I ordered 1 carne adovada breakfast burrito and 6 of the small carne adovada burritos and an order of large French fries with no salt. I waited for 30 minutes at the drive through for my order, the complete I have is my fries it was half empty and the French fries looked and tasted like they were 5:00 hours old. This place has gone really down hill…for the owner or CEO you need to make a personal visit to your store. We the people don’t mind paying for the food if it’s good!!!

Fifteen minutes waiting at the drive through window after they gave me my 2 sodas. Literally waited at the window 15 minutes after I placed my order. Not 15 minutes in line. 15 minutes at the window. The workers kind of just disappeared. This was at 11am and there were only a couple of other cars there at the time. Burgers were cold. Kind of like they forgot someone was at the drive through.

The drive up missed part of the order. I went in to tell them and that became a battle. Horrible customer service by the manager(short sticking up fake blond hair lady). We will NEVER stop to eat THERE again. First and LAST time. I should have looked at the low rating before we stopped there.

I went through the drive thru at this place. It looks nice on the inside and the drive thru was easily navigated. However I waited 21 minutes for food and then just canceled my order. They didn't seem to care if they got food out or not.
The Drive-thru service was extremely slow and I didn't go inside, so neutral on inside atmosphere.

Food was gross, they took forever to make a single burger and a shake there was not a lot of people there that day it was just awful. I would recommend going to pojo or santa fe for a better burger is you want lotaburger.
