Ate at Lotaburger this morning. I had a breakfast burrito and my husband a hamburger. Halfway through my husbands burger he found a hair in it. He notified the employee at the counter. Not only did they make him a fresh hamburger, refunded us for the order and apologized. They went above and beyond to make things right. I eat there often and I am so grateful for this OUTSTANDING service. Thank you Blakes ??
It took over 35-40 minutes to get my order from the time I placed order. One worker was at the window but just messing with his phone. Food was great but customer service not so good.
