My burger was cold. I could tell it was a Patti that had been previously cooked, the fries were cold as well and my lemonade was watered down. Worst part is there is NO phone number for the Espanola Burger King so you cant call and complain. DO NOT EAT THERE.

It's Official!!!... Food from Burger King is no longer edible... Worker had a bad attitude, onion rings were 8 hours old, place was filthy, and I had to throw all the food away. It's not just this Burger King, but all of them!!!... They need to shut this one down!!!... Burger King used to be one of the best burger chains!!!.. They need a change in Leadership and a way to monitor their workers and the quality of their food... Why come to work???... Please clean house on this one, at least!!!..

Bad, just bad, go anywhere else. My classic chicken had an over cooked patty cut in half and spread over the long bun. The whoppers, also over cooked.
Every time I go to this location absolutely zero customer service todays adventure was rushed through my order lucky I even got it, and he staff changes literally everyday guess it is hard to find good quality people. Girl who took my order rushed me through it and then wanted to give my loyalty code on a $45 order oh do that at the beginning was what I was told so came to the window and was told a second time which I heard the first time yeah you need to do that before you start ordering. My suggestion was why don’t you guys get into a habit of asking for better service kind of like McDonald’s. Her snippy response was well we are McDonalds yeah no kidding at least McDonalds asks you first to get your business and show they are better. I have been to this location multiple times and always had he same level of awful customer service the food is good so at least the cook does their job but the rest of the experience is absolute trash just like the people they hire… Enjoy the one star rating because if I could this location would get zero.

I tried posting that picture of the disgusting BK wrap and never knew it was never posted says pending all these months lol............ have been wanting to try the wraps at Burger King they look so good I went there after work last night and ordered 2 for me and 2 for my son and I want to show you the picture it tasted just like it looks GROSS that little yellow square on top was lettuce I think .very disappointing,and the large fry cold,old,nasty

Ordered an impossible whopper, and the guy told the girl I ordered from to just give him a regular one, she looked disappointed but she played it off anyway. It also came out right after I was done paying so I guess they just found it easier than cooking one once ordered.
