I don't understand why this BK is so bad. Always trash whenever I go here.

That woman with the bad dye job at the drive through tonight was beyond unprofessional and nasty. And it's not the first time. Last time she snatched my card our of my hand while screaming at someone inside. Tonight she got bent when I questioned the price of my order. She then proceeded to scold me about how I need to state my order the way she expects so that she knows that the two bacon cheeseburgers I ordered were a duo. Mind you I had purchased two bacon, egg, and cheese croissants just this morning and was automatically given the duo deal. The young man at the window was awesome and kind. However nine hours later I get a harpy from Hell who refused to process my order and said God knows what to me in the process. I will be calling corporate office in the morning to file a proper report. If that woman ever shows up at my job I'll escort her out and tell her not to come back.

Shady. 7:33 pm, 12/13/25, lights on, door locked. Went through drive thru. No one would acknowledge us in the drive thru. No closed sign. Hours posted on door says they should be open. I am so done giving the particular location my business. I don't know how they are still in business.
I absolutely love the BK lounge but just like most places in New Mexico having it your way is out of the question. The always forget something u ordered and if you do have the right number of items they won't be the correct ones. I'm sure they could and should do better.

Went to this place in the evening was greeted by Jesus at the window he was not the one that took my order, Jesus did very well with his customer service. It was a lady named Fabiola That took my order . I ordered the seven dollar trio, and because I did not say those exact words she chastise me and Treated me as if I was an idiot. She was obnoxious and made her mission to make sure that I knew that because I didn’t order it exactly as a seven dollar trio and stating the seven dollar trio that I was not gonna get it for seven dollars I was being charged roughly $12. I don’t care spending that much money or any money at a place that has good food but when you’re a store manager and you’re Giving this type of service is definitely not a place I want to return to. If she’s not there, I may go, but who knows when she is not there. Her Customer Service was disgusting. I really hope corporate looks into it because it was horrible in Espanola. A lot of restaurants are already being ranked as crap and people like this is what makes people feel That way.

I've been a GM for BK and this is the worst service I've ever experienced. This place is managed poorly. If you dont have enough employees close the dine in and just run the drive thru. That way you give better service. We arrived ordered at drive thru waited 10 minutes before we could reach the window to pay. 3 cars waiting for meals ahead of us. We get to the window and pay for a #1 and #3 we are sent to wait for our order at the door. Lady comes out 9 min later takes our order to the truck waiting ahead of us then brings it to us. We get our order and it's not even hot just warm and an order of fries is missing. $24.90. For poor service. I felt bad for the young man taking payment at the window he looked so frustrated.

If I could give 0 starts I would. We barely understood the order taker, we asked for a receipt twice but never got it. Our order was not complete. The order taker gave one total at the window before and AFTER being charged. We waited 20+ mins for our order.
This place needs a change of management asap.

Every time I go to this Burger King to get food for my fiancée, they mess up her order — every single time. Tonight was no different. She asked for a Whopper, and what we got was a joke: three small patties thrown onto a bun like someone just didn’t care.
It’s frustrating because I’m not ordering for myself — I’m ordering for her — and it’s always her order that gets messed up. She ends up disappointed, and I end up wasting money on food that isn’t even close to what we asked for.
It’s late at night and people still deserve decent service and accuracy. I really hope management sees this and starts holding their team accountable. Enough is enough.
