The Birria Tacos are so good! The service is good however since everything is made to order a bit slower than usual. But worth the wait. The shrimp cerviche is over the top delicious ? It is a food truck however they do have two tables to eat at!

One of the best places to eat in Española! The tacos are great and so are the Tortas and anything on the menu. I absolutely love their Aguas Frescas! FYI, they have Birria tacos ?

amazing charcoal flavor- had the ribs and loved them so much - came back for the chicken, which turned out to be even better. very clean area
Quesabirria tacos and chilaquiles were solid. Classic road side taquierria with super pleasant owners. Will hit it again on water through Espa.
Kid-friendliness: Chill for kids to run around and be kids. In a parking lot but still, they need to eat tacos and run sometimes

Every time I drive through español and am hungry this has been my go to spot. I just ate 4 stake tacos and am regretting not buying a few more for the road. Good stuff

Worst burger and service I’ve had in a while. I ordered a green chilie cheese burger and they put jalapeños on it, and didn’t bother to tell me. The fries were frozen and were way over salted the burger was over cooked and dry. Most of the meal was inedible. The person that served us was extremely rude when I pointed out that there were jalapeños instead of green chilies on the burger. Bad food I can live with, but there’s no excuse for that type of bad service.
We tried this food truck for the first time today, Santa Fe location (sister of this truck in Espanola). The food was very good! Very affordable and came quickly. I had the taco plate, mixing 2 carnitas and 2 al pastor. The carnitas were outstanding, just how I like them. Al pastor was also very good. Beans were a bit wet and thin but tasty (hence the 4.5 stars), the rice was lovely. My wife had the rib plate. The flavor was excellent, the ribs just a tad chewy. But maybe that was just this one time (ribs can be finicky). Both plates, plenty of food for a mere $10. A screaming deal. I've posted the Santa Fe menu, I would assume the Espanola location is the same. This truck is parked at the corner of Saint Francis and Saint Michaels, I posted a picture of the truck. Absolutely recommend and will return. Must try one of our favs that they offer: Mojarra Frita.
The have the best chicken and ribs cooked on a big outdoor barbecue! Generous portions for a fair price. My Husband had the ribs which was great and I had the chicken, also great. Nice clean tables outdoors, picnic style. Definitely recommend you try this place!
