I recently had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Alma, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything ran smoothly. The staff, especially Annalisa, were friendly and attentive, making the whole visit even better. The food was delicious, the atmosphere cozy, and the service top-notch. I had a wonderful experience at Chili’s thanks to my server. Anna. She was at attentive, friendly in nature. Everything was perfect throughout my visit The manager, Alma also stopped by regularly To check in and ensure I was having a great time such excellent service made my meal even more enjoyable highly recommend

I really don’t expect much from chilis, the bar is set pretty low but I still go there to just get a beer and an appetiser occasionally.
With that being said this chilis is pretty bad. The food was alright but the staff is terrible. The bartenders were standing near the back talking most of the time I was there. They seem a bit distracted and brought me the wrong beer twice.

Brought us the wrong order in our triple dipper and when we told them they asked “would you like us to change the order” like yes? That is why we are telling you?? Then proceeded to bring the right side and asked if I am gonna eat the wrong side they brought. Like this was your mistake, why are you acting like we are trying to get free food??
Went to chilis for dinner and our food was delicious my server Sebastian did an amazing job and the entire staff was very friendly and everyone stayed busy cleaning tables ,sweeping and making sure everyone had refills it was such an awesome experience my family loved it they came from out of town and really enjoyed their dinner great atmosphere at our chilis here in Espanola thank you everyone for making us feel welcome!
