Told her what I needed help with then asked for my number , gave my number once again didn’t answer my question just asked how can I help you so unprofessional and rude I’ll never order from chilis here in Espanola again ….

One meal was satisfactory, while the other was unsatisfactory; we experienced a 40-minute delay in receiving our check. The kiosk didn't not have a battery for us to pay alot of things wrong.

I've been sitting here fir 30 minutes. Host is cleaning tables between football tv time. Waiters on both sides act as tho they are overworked by the 4 tables . No draft beers or mixed drinks... This isn't the first time service is lacking. We finally got a bottle beer and the waiter took our order.. customers have all expressed displeasure

WOW!! As I walked in the host was holding the door for me and my family it was my daughters 7th birthday and my server Jon and crew made her feel really special by singing happy birthday the manager Leo came by to wish her happy birthday and asked us how everything was.Thank you Chilis Española for the great service it!!
Had dinner at chilis my food was amazing my server Marty did a awesome job everyone was working on task getting everyone their refills , I didn’t have to ask for one the young man that dropped my food asked if I wanted anything else immediately and just everything in general was amazing . The three of the managers came by my table to make sure I was having a great dining experience.

This place is a joke. They never seem to have staff Sunday morning for football games.They never seem to wanna play my team's game even if it is on. Went to watch the commanders game for monday night football, which was one of two games and they told me they had to leave the bills game on the main tv. I asked for it to be put on one of the smaller tvs, and they told me the games would flip back and fourth. Then, I pointed to a highlight that played. I know ESPN has more than one channel, but they insisted nothing could be done. What's the point of having the sports package if you can't show multiple football games when they're scheduled that way? Oh, and this isn't the first time service sucked here. Once, my family and I waited 50 minutes for drinks and still never received them before we left. I don't care if it doesn't make a difference to them, but I'm not returning here anytime soon.
Hard to find workers these days but even with that in mind Chilis Espanola always tries their hardest to do their best. Customer service is always on point and the food is great. They have recently made some hires of younger employees who are always hustling to make sure everyone is satisfied. The new management that recently came is doing awesome to turn this place around from the last management. Great job Chilis Espanola, keep it up!!

Wow! What a fantastic experience at chilis! Jessica the manager went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Her professionalism and friendliness impressed us, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively. We’ll definitely be back!

If time wasting and extremely poor service is your thing; this place is for you! We got here at 8:10PM sat immediately because it was not busy, one section was closed off. Only the bar section was operating. Our server did not come and get our drink order until 10 minutes after. I told her we were ready to order along with our drinks. She said she will only do drinks at the time and will come back after. She brought our drinks, left, came back after another 5 minutes for our order. She brought our chips & salsa after another 5 min. Waited and waited and waited for our food. Because we waited so long for our food we asked for another chips and salsa. After we asked, waited 10 more minutes. After an hour, we received our order. My daughter asked for a medium steak and it was rare. My beans were dry. The server never came back to ask if we needed anything else or refills nothing. Our server was so busy flirting with the guys at the bar rather than actually doing her job. We had to ask for boxes and our bill because she never took the time to actually service us. I told the server about the steak and she just looked at it, Pointed to the kiosk and said, “your bill is right there”! I have never, not once felt the need to not leave a tip; this night I didn’t leave one. I felt our service was beyond extremely poor. For it being a Saturday night, this place was empty. Now I know why!
