Amazing experience , the servers Raydaniel Aaron and manny were fantastic , the manager alma was also very helpful.

The service is terrible. The waitresses were just hanging around and running around like children. One server was completely on her phone face, timing someone. Others singing from the kitchen. It is very unprofessional for Chili's. Also, running like that around can bring a liability. It took 15-20 minutes to get our food, which was only 2 burgers and fries. The server brought a mushroom swiss burger for my husband, which he did not order. He ordered the Southwestern burger. The server said she could order the Southwest burger for him, but my husband didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for a burger. Clearly, there must not be a manager there today. As a chili's corporation, they have certain standards. This location fails at some of the standards. The food was good, but overall, save yourself from the wait while servers goof around and ignore customers.

Horrible experience. We arrived and the store was relatively empty, the hostess told us it would be a 5 min wait. That’s not a problem. After waiting the hostess was about to seat us in the bar area. Then all off a sudden the bartender comes running up saying we can’t be seated in her section because she had to leave to take care of personal business. How unprofessional! We walked to the other section to be seated, the waiter kept walking by attending to his other tables, we waited for 10 min with him just walking by and not once did he even attempt to acknowledge that we were sat in his section. If this is how you run your business you need to do something about it, no sense of customer service.

Called to place an order had questions the girl on phone didn’t answer my question just asked how can I help you? Told her what I needed help with then asked for my number , gave my number once again didn’t answer my question just asked how can I help you so unprofessional and rude I’ll never order from chilis here in Espanola again ….

One meal was satisfactory, while the other was unsatisfactory; we experienced a 40-minute delay in receiving our check. The kiosk didn't not have a battery for us to pay alot of things wrong.

I've been sitting here fir 30 minutes. Host is cleaning tables between football tv time. Waiters on both sides act as tho they are overworked by the 4 tables . No draft beers or mixed drinks... This isn't the first time service is lacking. We finally got a bottle beer and the waiter took our order.. customers have all expressed displeasure

Alma is the best manager her, manny is the best food runner he always kept our drinks filled and was really nice.
Great place to eat! Noticed a different atmosphere! Leo was a great manager. Came by and checked on us! Server marty was awesome! We'll will be back again

WOW!! As I walked in the host was holding the door for me and my family it was my daughters 7th birthday and my server Jon and crew made her feel really special by singing happy birthday the manager Leo came by to wish her happy birthday and asked us how everything was.Thank you Chilis Española for the great service it!!
Had dinner at chilis my food was amazing my server Marty did a awesome job everyone was working on task getting everyone their refills , I didn’t have to ask for one the young man that dropped my food asked if I wanted anything else immediately and just everything in general was amazing . The three of the managers came by my table to make sure I was having a great dining experience.

This place is a joke. They never seem to have staff Sunday morning for football games.They never seem to wanna play my team's game even if it is on. Went to watch the commanders game for monday night football, which was one of two games and they told me they had to leave the bills game on the main tv. I asked for it to be put on one of the smaller tvs, and they told me the games would flip back and fourth. Then, I pointed to a highlight that played. I know ESPN has more than one channel, but they insisted nothing could be done. What's the point of having the sports package if you can't show multiple football games when they're scheduled that way? Oh, and this isn't the first time service sucked here. Once, my family and I waited 50 minutes for drinks and still never received them before we left. I don't care if it doesn't make a difference to them, but I'm not returning here anytime soon.
