Wanted a smothered burger, and apparently its never been ordered here before. They built me a burger, then poured the most bland/bitter red chile right on top of the bun. If it wasn't for the small burger patty, it wouldn't of been the slightest bit enjoyable. Also, my fiance ordered a Tiwa Taco and we got Chili Fries instead. Maybe we needed to speak up? Other than that, the atmosphere was clean and nice and bright.

I love the diner theme. Today was my first time, I’d been wanting to eat here since I could first walk, and I finally got around to trying it today! The foot is resplendent, the burgers are amazingly cooked, and the onion rings are superb. Yvette was wonderful throwing me suggestions too, I 🫶🏻 U, DANDY BURGER!!

We stopped by Dandy’s Burger in Española and tried the Jungle Jim combo and the Dandy meal — both were absolutely delicious! The burgers were packed with flavor, fresh, and cooked perfectly. But the fries really stole the show — hot, crispy, and honestly the best fries we’ve ever had. On top of that, the place was very clean — inside and out — which made the whole experience even better. You can taste the care in every bite and feel it in the atmosphere. A must-try if you’re in the area and craving a classic New Mexico burger stand experience with serious flavor, charm, and pride in their space.

The absolute best milk shake I have ever had along with the onion rings. The shake is actually drinkable and the onion rings have the best crispy thin batter. Definitely worth the drive from ABQ on a weekend.

Do not buy breakfast burrito. I bought 2 burrito 1 with sausage red chili. I received a burrito with 1 piece of sausage and green chili instead of red. The other burrito i ordered a bacon burrito no chili. It had 2 half inch pieces of bacon with lite green chili. Which my kid couldn't eat.
