Past few nights I’ve gone in looking for my regular waitress Theresa. The other night I got the native girl with extremely long nails, also VERY rude. My food was too cold not worth the wait nor the pay. I asked the rude girl where is Theresa because I haven’t seen her. She had the audacity to roll her eyes at me and go “Ugh” so UGH Ill never no back

We waited 20 minutes to get four drinks, after placing our food order we waited another hour for the food. When we asked what was taking so long the manager said he only had 1 cook. When we finally got our food my son’s mashed potatoes were dry and the gravy had already turned like wax paper on top, the food was cold and our server couldn't even pick up the plates because of her fake nails. She never asked again if we needed anything and was very unprofessional. I like the manager that’s in the mornings because he does actually check on his customers and makes sure they are getting the service they deserve.

Unfortunately, this place does not keep their hours. So I've never had the opportunity to actually eat there. Also, they need to lock their doors if they're not going to be open during the scheduled hours that are posted on the door.
