This is the worst dominos I've come across (multi state sample size). You'll be waiting well over a hour for simple and nasty food. They took 40 minutes to process 3 Cars in front of me and still didn't have my stuff ready. The location is rundown and staffed with some questionable people. There's a smaller dominos 30 minutes away that runs circles around these people.

This has always been my go to place but lately it has been giving horrible customer service. I have already tried ordering three times and they don’t have delivery drivers. They ask me if I could go pick up the pizza and of course I can’t. That’s why I want it delivered. I Placed my order around 12 PM. Received a call Around 1:15 PM letting me know that they didn’t have drivers and that they will have drivers after 1:30 PM. I let him know that I could wait if they can deliver at two and the young man said yes they could deliver at 2. It was now 3 PM and my pizza wasn’t delivered yet. I received a call from Domino’s letting me know that they did not have any delivery drivers and that if I wanted delivery, I would have to wait until after 5 PM. I understand that there is no drivers but they could have at least hold me sooner. That way I don’t wait on the food, I believe his name was Henry. That’s what he told me his name was. He was very rude to me. He cut me off and he told me he didn’t have time and if I wanted to file a complaint to call corporate proceeded to hang up the call I just wanted my pizza delivered. That is all. I don’t think it’s fair that they tell you it will be delivered at a certain time and you wait on it and then they add an extra three hours to it if they don’t have delivery drivers just say that , He was very rude and unprofessional. I have been a daily customer with Domino’s and today was the last straw. I have never been disrespected this way.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Domino’s location. After placing an order online and arriving at the drive-through to pick it up, we waited an excessive amount of time with no assistance. When we tried to get someone’s attention by honking, the employee came out visibly irritated and was shockingly rude, refusing to hand over our order. To make matters worse, we never received our food, and they refused to issue a refund.
This is completely unacceptable customer service and feels more like a scam than a reputable business. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning. If you value customer service and basic respect, I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

This Domino's is the worst! Every time I order from this domino's I have to wait at least an hour for my order. They say it will be twenty minutes, you go to pick up the pizza and they tell yiu it will be another thirty on top of the twenty. Who runs/ownes this piece of work. They need their franchise license revoked!

We went in to get a pizza and the lava cakes. They had our order ready in 15 minutes. I was very happy because they had alot of orders and they were very busy. The cook is very nice and the food was great. This is our new favorite pizza place from now on!

I’m a little biased when it comes to Domino’s Pizza considering I am a driver, but it is the only place in Los Alamos that delivers so you gotta give that an A+ there’s a lot of good hard-working people that work there sometimes you get your pizza fast sometimes you don’t . It’s better to have pizza than no pizza at all . Well, that’s the way I look at it.

I waited over 1 hour in line to pick uo my food. I ordered my food at 7:29 and didn't receive it till 8:39. The wait was way to long, even after trying to order ahead of time. At one point I was ready to ask for a refund because the food was not even worth it anymore. They seriously need to get better at the wait times cause this was absolutely horrible and will never order again.

Never received food. Delivery driver drove right past my house twice. Tried to call to let the store know and the rude lady that answered the phone didn't care, didn't try to help, intentionally tried to envoke anger and then hung up as soon as she was questioned about it.
