We come up every weekend to visit and have to stop for breakfast burritos man you guys are the best. santa fe location has nothing on you guys. Santa fe locations burritos are small you guys make them huge. chillie is always on point love x mas chillie.
My favorite place to eat. Great food, excellent service and nice picnic tables under the trees if you want to eat right away.
El Parasol is often busy, so call ahead if you are in a rush.
The pozole was very good. The tacos were average.
I recently returned home after 10 years, and my first stop was this hidden gem. It holds a special place in my heart, as it was the first destination before I visited the campo santo and headed to Chimayo to see my beloved Nana. I've always had nothing but positive experiences here, whether with the friendly staff or the fellow patrons in line, even when the wait can be lengthy! The food is consistently outstanding—every bite brings back memories of home. I am truly grateful that, despite the changes I've noticed around town, some of the best things remain unchanged. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it fills both my heart and my belly! ❤️
Great food as always.
I've been here four times. Three of those times they've got to order wrong. The last time I gave a $16 dollar tip on a $44 dollar order. Do you get that back when you want your money back for the wrong order. He'll no!!! You paid them to ef everything up. They don't care!! Buyer beware.
Great food on the go or dine on the picnic tables outside.

We love the breakfast burrito 🌯 Christmas 🎄.
That’s how we survived the pandemic 😷
The chili is hot 🔥 the way it’s supposed to be 🌶️

This place is a famous local institution. It's been written up in countless magazines, and people come from far and wide for the tacos. The veggie tacos with guac (no cheese) are unbeatable. They have broccoli, carrots, potatoes, and more. BUT...be warned....they don't "play" with the spice level of the chile. The green is their "mild" but it would be hot anywhere but NM. The red is so hot that you need to add it by drops to the taco, but it's probably the best red chile sauce I've ever tasted--and northern NM is the Land of Red (southern NM is the Land of Green). If you can't handle spicy food, this probably isn't the place for you, but if you love spicy food, the sauces here are excellent. They deep fry the entire taco after filling the soft corn tortilla, so every single one is cooked to order. The line can be long. If you're in a hurry call them about 20 minutes before you get into town, and they'll be ready. If you have time to eat outside, share a big table with a stranger and strike up a conversation. I've met a lot of very interesting people here -- it's an ecclectic mix of artsy types, locals and tourists. It's also dog-friendly.
Best food. Always have to stop while passing through
Absolutely amazing chile, got a pint to bring home with me avd got a simple sausage And green breakfast buritto avd it was fantastic
Always love stopping here on the way back to Albuquerque from Antonito. Careful, both the green and red are local hot, not tourist hot!
What can I say, this place is amazing! The food is to die for and the staff is friendly and professional. Everyone needs to try El Parasol. There are several locations, find the one that's convenient for you.
