This place is amazing! This is the only place I have found on NM where they have refried beans instead of the whole pinto ot black beans. The food is excellent. The service is quick and friendly. I really love it here.

My family and I went to El Pilar as a pit stop on our road trip around the southwest— and no regrets came! The food was absolutely delicious and had great vegetarian options. Definitely worth the slight detour from our route!

The food was amazing! We went here specifically because I love Indian Tacos and other local restaurants -like Viola’s in Los Alamos- only make them on certain days. I’m so glad the Indian Tacos brought us in. They were the BEST. The salsa is not white girl friendly 🥵 (hot hot hot) but it is flavorful and fresh. If you’re traveling through, like us, this stop is truly worth planning your drive around. Thank you Jesus for providing great food and fast service.
