Luckily, my dad ordered food, otherwise I'd of walked out. I was greeted, hi, what can I get you? And then he walks away as I was talking. He stays in the back for a minute and then helps me. I don't blame his disposition but all that matters in this town is you get your food right.

This places service in the past couple of visits has been upsetting due to the order being incorrect. I'd advise you to open packages and make sure your order is correct. I don't see how hard it is to get an order right when the receipt and money paid is correct. I like this place but service makes the experience of enjoying good food hard

Minimalist decor; burgers anything but. Made-to-order taste and freshness true to L.A. burger-stand roots - jumbo-sized for today's hefty appetites. Service is cordial; wait time average.

I ordered an impossible burger but I think they gave me a chicken sandwich because it was white inside. I never had the impossible burger. I got sick the next day.

1 star over all. Staff was friendly but SLOW. The burger was nasty. Over cooked and tough as shoe leather. Fries were okay but had no seasoning, salt or otherwise. Drinks from the fountain are very weak. Really not worth the price when there are better, faster options in town.

When I want a great burger for a fair price, I drive from Los Alamos to this place. Today, since we have cooler temps and football is in high gear, I got the bone in wings and onion rings with a strawberry shake. It was all fresh and delicious!

Very rude and terrible service. A girl who was taking my order turned to have a side conversation while I was still ordering. I waited a good 30 seconds or so to see if she'd have the decency to stop talking and continue taking my order. I just left after that.

These burgers are best in class. Better than Five Guys or Lotaburger. Wish we had one in Santa Fe.

GREAT food. Last time my family ate at Fat Burger was in Hawaii, and this did not disappoint. We came in with low expectations but those who reviewed poorly were too focused on the cost and did not order the right food. Excellent food, fantastic service. The ONLY flaw I can find is the location. A gas station isn't the most pleasant place to eat, but it definitely makes the best of what it's got. THANK YOU FAT BURGER!

Bought $70.00 worth of burgers. Messed up the order. French fries put in bag all soggy. The burgers burnt. Employees must hate customer service job. Don't ensure quality Service. Charged way to much for foid that use to be good. Don't waste you money. Your better off going to McDonald's
