We arrived and it was close to. Closing......the manager/shift leader treated and greeted us like we were the first customers of the day. She looked tired and extremely busy but was all smile and very attentive. We had had a long day too and it was very much appreciated the level of courtesy she showed. THE FOOD was very fast and delicious!!! Very hot....very fresh ....was completely surprised and noticed the crew was all scrambling and working HARD. it was a pleasure to see that it was end of night/shift and they had a rush and no attitudes or yelling just hard diligent work. Great job you ALL should be proud!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!!

This location is awesome! It is by far the best Freddy's location I've been to and I've been to many in multiple states. The staff is friendly and the kitchen staff pay attention to detail and serve up delicious fresh food. The restaurant is extremely clean. I will certainly be back every time I'm in the area.

From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The gentleman (I wish I had gotten his name) graciously accommodated my order changes. He also noticed we had our dog and gave her a cup of water and a pup cup w/a dog treat. The food was very good but it was the service that I appreciate most! Thank you Freddie's of Española!

Convenient place to stop on the way from abq to Taos. Love the concretes

We are local and Freddie’s is a place where we take the kids for a good report card or a treat lunch when we go to Taos. Last week had the best jalapeño burger with grilled onions-perfection. The restaurant is always sparkling clean and cherry. The manager David has trained all the staff to have great customer service. A real gem.

My only note is that we recently got a large Key Lime Concrete via the drive through that didn’t have the proper mixing. Called the restaurant and the GM took care of it right away. # great service

Service is ok, drive thru folks were more interested in their phones. Still great fries, but the burgers have consistently gotten worse and burnt.

I always get offered a pup cup when I go through the drive-through with my pup! Excellent super friendly staff and service! Food order is always perfect and delicious!

I went in for my lunch break Around 1 PM and I ordered two meals, Nancy was very kind and professional. She had a bright smile on her face and very welcoming attitude. I’m sure that her uplifting spirit is good for everyone around her. Thank you, Nancy for the great customer service. I will remember this great experience.
