Great food great music great atmosphere great custard and they usually have fish around Lent so the manager always takes into consideration people's needs for an alternative even though his restaurant is a burger joint. Everything's always clean and the staff is usually really nice except for the little Asian lady who is usually always really rude and no one likes her. You can tell even some of the employees don't like her anytime she's in the restaurant. But the older gentleman with the beautiful gray hair is always got a smile on his face and he's incredible to be around when you go into order your food. I believe he's the owner and he does a fantastic job. We love stopping in and visiting at least once a month.

I love to get a Freddy's burger, but their machine wouldn't run my mobile wallet. The guy at the register said my card was declined, but the machine hadn't run my card at all. I couldn't get food today. Normally I love the Freddy's burger with sauteed onions and they have the best fries and custards. I was just disappointed today that I couldn't get my food

UPDATE: I’ve updated my review to 4-stars because of the highly responsive General Manager and his engagement with his staff to improve customer service. As i mentioned below, my experience with the food and custard at Freddy’s is excellent!===Food is good especially the custard. However their staff routinely loose track of orders. You can be waiting 10-20 minutes and never get your food. When you ask, they admit they lost it and make it for you. This has happened several times to me. This also happened to several people in front of me. Quite a disorganized restaurant.

Burgers and shakes are the central theme, but they had vegetarian and lighter calorie options. It was a full house when we went, but the team was managing it well. Our order was spot on and the shakes were yum!Vegetarian options: Veggie burger, salads, lettuce wraps..stuff like thatDietary restrictions: I saw vegan And low calorie options like lettuce wrapsParking: It can get congested directly in front of the restaurant, but there is plenty of parking at the end of the Lowes parking lot. Big busses did fitKid-friendliness: There were 3 high school basketball teams there. This is a kids burger place.Wheelchair accessibility: Did have a ramp and wide doors for a wheelchair
