I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Placed an order online because the wait and service for dine in is absolutely awful.When we went to pick up our order the store was closed. Still charged us tho.If want chili's. Go to Santa fe or Albuquerque. This place has progressively gotten
I get that they're short staffed, but it wasn't busy at all. We sat where we were able to see our appetizers sitting for pickup for over 10 minutes. Waitress was not busy, but still brought us lukewarm food. Santa fe grilled chicken salad with cold chicken straight from the fridge. Only saving grace was lukewarm street corn that was "just made". Skim on the sauces because they sat so long. No thanks, one of the worst experiences in a restaurant in a long time..no thanks Chili's

Sitting here asked for raspberry tea got a regular. Asked for silverware and got plastic. Had to wait 45 minutes because the don't have enough people to wait. Staff came in and their just waking around. And an old couple is waiting to be seated. No excuse not to be seated.
