Hidden gem in Espanola. Highly recommend to anyone passing through. Don't think, just go in and get some amazing tacos.
Dietary restrictions: Chosen cause I basically am vegetarian plus chicken, so the name drew me in, stayed for the simple but amazing tacos.

My gf let the server know it was our first visit there and asked to try a sample of the red chile. Server said yes but was hesitant and made excuses of how long it would take to warm it. I ordered the torta cubana which was delicious. My gf ordered the chilaquiles with green sauce because the server said it was spicier. They were bland and the sauce was mild and tasteless. No seasoning at all. And they were cold. We let the server know and ordered another cubana to go instead....

I ordered the marinaded chicken and the server asked if I wanted half marinaded and half plain.
I found out why he asked, this is some HOT chicken!
I enjoyed the heat, but be prepared!
The chips and salsa were good also. We had fresh hot chips, and the salsa had good flavor and some good heat!
