Apparently the people were rude and sideways towards my family when they came to pick up, I’d really like to talk to the franchise leaser to see if this is the type of service the agree with on top of that they gave me nuggets instead of strips lol the biscuits bigger than the strips

The service was great. The food was ok, but they hate when you ask for drumsticks, but if I'm paying for them, I should get what I order. Parking lot dirty, trash.

I was nervous to go there after reading some of the reviews, but I went when they were busy and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious... Good Job!!!... I cant say that about the burger joint 2 doors down... They need to close that fast food restaurant!!!...
Their customer service sucks. They are lazy and had me go around again cause they didn't want to prepare the order. When I went around for 2nd time order wasn't ready and was informed they didn't have honey sirchana for wings. Why couldn't he/she/it tell me that the 1st time and why couldn't they prepare the order the 1st time. Typical Española service. Only got worse when I arrived order wasn't prepared correct and I was missing items. I called to only get attitude and to be told they couldn't do anything. Piss poor customer service and piss poor food.

We each got a bowl, only 4 tiny pieces of chicken in each one. Not worth the money. Unfortunately we find the KFC's all over NM are lacking. Prices too high.

Tried out the fill me up box and a bucket of raspberry tea was the bomb dot com. The chicken was cooked perfect not over cooked like some places.
The service is bad and they don't have half the menu.

Ordered the $20 fill up. Everything was dry, the chicken, the buns, the fries. The fries tasted like they reheated it, wasn't fresh. We felt like taking this food back. Wasted $20 at this place. Never going there again. They don't deserve any stars not even one.
