This place is a gem! We just arrived in the area for my husband’s job at Los Alamos National Lab. We randomly ended up at this restaurant and are so happy that we did. We walked in and were in love with the brightly painted festive atmosphere. Upon sitting we were immediately served chips with refried beans and two types of Pico De Gallo. The beans were flavorful and the Pico De Gallo was fresh. There was regular Pico De Gallo and also another delicious type that I had never encountered. The kind and attentive waitress informed us that it was made with avocado and cream. For my meal, I had the Tostadas De Ceviche. They were awesome and included a lot of fresh veggies and avocado. Super healthy. Not sure what my husband had but I stole some corn off of his plate and it was amazing. My glass of wine was filled to the brim (literally ?) but this place also felt super family-friendly. If you are in the area, don’t miss out on this place!
