I brought my son here for pizza and games, and that’s exactly what we got! The salad bar was so good! The wings were top notch- so crispy! I like that you have to wear gloves to get your salad and I like that most of the food is behind a counter with a sneeze guard. Open buffets gross me out a bit. You never if a kid with germy hands grabbed on to something, so I’m glad their food is protected. You go to the bar and they will give you whatever you ask for. They have smaller plates to prevent food waste and I think that’s a good idea. They were so kind to my little boy. Service was great. The games were fun too. No, it’s not a Dave and Buster’s but it’s nice spot for food and a bit of family fun without having to drive too far. I love the checkered tablecloths. It was reminescent of how Pizza Hut used to be when it was good. We will definitely be back. They have a ton of food options. When we were there (Sept) this is what was offered:
Pizza
Salad bar
Dessert bar
Baked potato bar
Wings - good crispy wings!
Jalapeño poppers
Mozzarella sticks
Spaghetti
Baked potato bar
Red enchiladas
Green enchiladas
Corn on the cob
Frito pie
Menudo
Pozole

Not local and haven't ate all day so it could be just that, food was over my expectations. Mexican food mix with pizza, wings, and salads. I don't remember seeing a restaurant ask you to finish you meal before, but nothing against it. Actually really support it! 🍕🍕

On a good note, the service was really good. Our waitress was super nice and very helpful. As far as the food, it was awful. The salad was old The pizza was decent but I would not eat that again, the menudo wasn't cleaned properly. There was still little hairs on the tripe. You pay for the quantity but you don't pay for the quality.
Meat lovers was delicious me and my son’s first time eating there it was amazing

Emergency Pizza's food is good very New Mexican and unique.
Take note if you order delivery from the restaurant the staff will use DoorDash. If your order is delivered elsewhere you are S.O.L. The order will not be refunded they said I had to go through DoorDash, even though I ordered with Pizza Emergency. Tried door calling, texting driver with no response. On my DoorDash app the order doesn't come up because I didn't use DoorDash to order the food.
I did apologize to the lady who told me no refund once we give it to DoorDash it is no longer their problem, I was not happy about not receiving the food.
No food. No refund. My recommendation is don't use delivery option.

Everything was great. However, the buffet price of $108.00 for a family of five was quite expensive.
Thanks for the reply back. It is helpful to be aware of the pricing for future reference. Two of my children were charged at the adult rate. It is now understandable why it was rather expensive.

Salad was excellent, pizza was good. Got full after that. Have to try the rest of their options next time. Service was excellent. Very nice waitress, also thanks to the honest waitress who found my phone on table after I forgot it and saved it. Glad there is still honest people left in this town. Price was fair, after all it's a buffet. Eat what you can.

One of the worse pizzas I have ever tried. The crust was al.ost raw and tasted like pre-made frozen crust.
While patrons are asked to use provided plastic gloves while using the salad bar and dessert bar, servers were filling items on both with bare hands.
Forget the so-called desserts. They were so unappealing we passed.
At almost $20 for their buffet you're better of eating at home,or getting a decent pizza from any other place in town. Avoid Pizza Emergency at all costs.
I edited this after the owner responded , with lies.
Neither my wife or I ate the desserts .
As for fake, the only fake one who is the owner.
We review many restaurants, especially in the Espanola area and usually find good things to say.
The only thing good about Pizza Emergency is that they will soon be out of business, based on their owner's hatefulness and inability to accept criticism

I stopped for my lunch break for a take-out salad. Restaurant is very clean and inviting for all ages. The salad bar was fresh and stocked with all the fixings. The attendant that helped me was courteous enough to retrieve me dressing packets so I wouldn't have to eat a soggy salad by the time I got it home. I will most definitely return with my family for a dine in experience.
