Sonic Corporation (or whoever made this decision) completely ruined the ordering experience here. They got rid of almost all the speakers, so now you can only use the app with stall numbers. The problem? When you actually try to check in with the stall number, the app tells you it’s an invalid number. So you’re just stuck sitting there with no way to check in, no way to get service, and no one to talk to. Whoever thought this was a good idea clearly doesn’t care about customer convenience. Absolutely frustrating and not worth the hassle.

Absolutely rude woman at the drive-through. Didn’t get what I ordered. Just asked for her to fix the order nicely and she slammed the drive-through window on me! Horrible customer service! 1. I asked for shredded cheese, which is a dollar and got American cheese! Yes, it’s only $.20… 2. I ordered a large diet cherry limeade with extra lime wedges on the side. Extra lime wedges are $.60. Just got lime wedges on the side, not extra. 3. The original problem was that I ordered a diet cherry limeade, and I was only given a diet limeade no cherry added. I asked her to please give me a diet cherry and She slammed the drive-through window on me!
I would’ve ignored the whole thing, and for gone the whole $.80 that I was charged for no reason, had the customer service been pleasant!

Walk up and tried to order. I was told they would be right with me. They attended to 6 drive through cars and in that park after we got there before us. I ring the bell ask the hop that was outside if they would take our order. Told to wait again. Finally they get to me. Took so long too get the food now that there was no rise to attend might as well take their time.. not condiments offered, tots cold. Sad place.

I went park at a stall to place an order. Who ever was on the side told that their stalls are closed and not taking orders. I asked where is the sign that says they are closed. She told me Google it. That they close at 9. No where on the website does it they are closed at 9. She told to go to drive thru. I said there is no posted signs stating that all stalls are closed. She didn't want to take my order. I said I'm from out of town to please take my order. I was told to come to drive thru. So I did. Took my order and still waited 7 minutes for them to attend me. I requested a manager. She never came. I was denied one.

Good food, quick service. Love their breakfast burritos. Love a bacon cheeseburger with green chili. Enjoyed their iced coffee drinks. Always love hitting it at happy hour and getting a cherry limeade. I've been getting those since I was a child.

Bad experience ever just because we wanted food doesn't mean the worker has to be rude for a paying customer and never gave us our change back or the receipt and yelled at us because he couldn't hear us and gave us wrong order

I don't usually go to fast food places, so I wasn't prepared for the lack of vegetables and green things! Obviously that's not why people go to Sonic. I ended up getting a hamburger and just eating the meat. Not their fault.
