I don't usually go to fast food places, so I wasn't prepared for the lack of vegetables and green things! Obviously that's not why people go to Sonic. I ended up getting a hamburger and just eating the meat. Not their fault.

Didn't get what was ordered... No pickles at all, reg onions and sauce on burger not extra. Sandwich swimming in grease, to the point of soaking through the box and bag. Sandwich was upside down in box and barely warm. Pretzel was shriveled and extremely greasy. No dipping sauces for Pretzel, eventhough requested. No napkins. Employee who brought food was definitely not wanting to be here. Didn't even greet just shoved the food at me. Many of the drive up kiosks were not working and weren't marked "out of order" had to move 3 times before I found 1 working.
The other sonic in Espanola is worse so obviously with the bad service and poor quality at both I'm assuming they're the same owners.
Also don't bother ordering online. It's faster to just pull up. Waited 20min after check in when the order said it would be ready at approximately 2:58pm.
Guess I'll drive to Santa Fe instead of my neighborhood to get decent service and good food.
Very highly disappointed. Don't waste your time or money.

I'm tired of this sonic. Lackluster service, mediocre food, long wait times. They only fill up sonic blasts 2/3 the way full. Save your money go literally anywhere else.

Girl at the window ..doesn't like her job.. She moves so slow it wasn't even funny I'll never go there again
The people who took my order had me wait for 10 min to please hold 10 more minutes pass, wait on 2 other cars and get there food while I'm on hold waiting to order andand food was there 35 minutes waiting for my food, the management needs work.

I've been to the location several times hoping that the service would improve. To my dismay, it hasn't. This last visit, I used the SONIC APP and ordered ahead hoping to avoid the long wait. I got there 5 minutes prior to my pickup time and ended up waiting 30 minutes after checking I at my stall. Unless you have time to wait, I wouldn't waste my time at this SONIC location. Head farther north in Española and stop at SONIC.
