The service was terrible, my order went wrong, they didn't ask me what I wanted to put in the order, they didn't let me choose the size of my orders, I waited for more than 40 minutes and the service was terrible, they should improve their organization to work
Jenny was really nice but the food is disgusting. The Mozzarella sticks and fries were old. I can't believe they can serve such nasty food.

Drive through took almost half an hour to process 4 cars, we left before even getting to the window because we didn't have that time to waste. They shouldn't be so short staffed that people end up waiting half an hour to get 2 drinks. Unrelated to this, the website makes it as difficult as possible to leave feedback of any sort, so here I am.
Well this location don't have working monitors to order so the only way to order is through the drive thru. Not good for service. Especially during the summ time. Should get someone to fix these machines out here. Its ridiculous.

Service at car hop was good but the stalls were quite dirty. The screens had sticker residue, food residue, and streaks of water had run through the dust behind the screen protectors.
Please, if you focus a bit more on cleanliness this Sonic location would improve its sales tremendously.
Terrible service today. Food was cold when I got it. Worker said they lost my order at the pick up stall and blamed me of not checking in when app said I had. Was told pick up would be 2:46, by 3:10 it was still not there. Told us our order would be out next and watched 5 or so orders come out before ours.

I pick up door dash orders and the staff here will not answer the red button for me. I wait sometimes ten plus minutes. I am usually forced to walk inside sonic and tell them I have a door dash order. The manager always gets mad at me for doing so but there’s no other choice. Go to the sonic by motel 6 instead. You will save yourself from the hassle.

Every time I go to this location it’s either the stalls are closed, the drive thru is closed, or they short you on whatever item of food you’re buying. I didn’t know the whip cream on the drinks comes out of the pockets of the workers themselves. Instead of wasting the $6 bucks this stupid drinks costs, i’ll spare my money next time and purchase a 6 pack of sodas.
