It’s 4pm on a Saturday. It’s not a holiday. I drove 20 minutes to get here and they’re just closed. No sign on the door. I’ve wasted so much time driving here to find them randomly closed. They don’t even bother putting a sign up anymore. It’s absurd to run a business this way.

Ordered my hot Cafe Americano thru the app and when I picked it up less than 10 min later it was ice cold and when I went back around and asked for them to remake it the batista tried blaming it on delayed pick up and lectured me on how it's not their fault and gave me attitude. Ummm it was ice cold and should definitely still be hot! Yes, they remade it but attitude came with it even when it was handed to me. I should have known to go to another one because this one either gets the order wrong or is closed before they're supposed to and you have to make them get your order you pay for
Mobile ordered. Went to sit inside with my son while we waited for our drinks . I ordered extra caramel crunch , and when we recieved our drinks , it looked as if the barista that made mine , did the absolute bare minimum . I was able to count those darn “crunch” things. Whatever , I didn’t make a big deal . Then I placed another order for a plain coffee. Asked for cream and sugar and she handed me a handful of sugars very aggressively and when I walked out , I noticed her staring at me . Like I had done something to her . Anyway, walked out with a hand guy l of sugar and no cream , as well as 2 watery Frappuccino’s . Idk if they were sitting on the counter for a bit , or what .
Anyway, I loved the old Starbucks crew. I don’t know many of the ones that were working this shift .

Gentleman at the window was rude and implied that it was our fault he gave us the wrong drink.He also did not give us a receipt . Then when I went inside the girl at the counter was just as rude. Finally a third person helped me and saw it was the WRONG drink and gave us the right one. She was friendly and professional.

Stopped by this Starbucks location on the way back to the airport in Albuquerque, NM. Service was good, coffee was hot and prepared as ordered. The staff was super friendly. Good location. Recommend you stop by here for coffee when in the area.
