My husband was just in there to pick up an uber eats order. The food was ready but the tall peppermint hot chocolate was not. Over a span of 30 min, he asked multiple times about the hot chocolate and repeatedly got the response, “They’re working on it.” Mind you, the food was done and just sitting. By the time they finally made the hot chocolate, the food was cold and soggy. No apology, no attempt to remedy the situation. That’s terrible service and bad business.

It’s 4pm on a Saturday. It’s not a holiday. I drove 20 minutes to get here and they’re just closed. No sign on the door. I’ve wasted so much time driving here to find them randomly closed. They don’t even bother putting a sign up anymore. It’s absurd to run a business this way.
I almost always have a good experience here. Employees are usually friendly and the drinks and food are great. Not really any complaints

Ordered my hot Cafe Americano thru the app and when I picked it up less than 10 min later it was ice cold and when I went back around and asked for them to remake it the batista tried blaming it on delayed pick up and lectured me on how it's not their fault and gave me attitude. Ummm it was ice cold and should definitely still be hot! Yes, they remade it but attitude came with it even when it was handed to me. I should have known to go to another one because this one either gets the order wrong or is closed before they're supposed to and you have to make them get your order you pay for
