When we arrived there was one man ahead of us. We placed our order, latte and iced doppio. We sat down and waited 20 minutes for our order. That seemed like a long time for such a small order. There were about 15 boxes pilled up on the customer side of the counter. It made the place look messy. This was my first visit to this business.

Love the people who work here. The sandwiches are definitely worth the price. Nice place to sit before skiing. No crowd if you are taking a break during the day.

I went today through drive-thru at 5:45pm. 1/01/24. The girl taking taking the payments and giving out the drinks/food, was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I don't appreciate the way she was talking to me. Very unprofessional, and low. She got my order wrong and when I said in a nice respectful way that I asked for a different size she instead starting arguing with me that I got a different size and wouldn't take my drink back and make me the size I asked for. I even stated that I would pay the difference but still argued with me and made my order wrong even after her manager had to come to the window to fix the problem SHE MADE. If you don't like your job that much the quit. Grow up.

Drive through was quick wash and the lady who helped me was super nice and friendly! Drinks and egg bites were perfect. But it was her genuine kindness that made it five start!

Im not sure how long it take to make a coffee, short staffed or not I've worked graveyard shifts in fast food with two ppl making giant orders make it out the window in less than 7min. I been waiting in this line for coffee for 30min, But I can understand if the people running the store are new, that's different for sure.

I love star bucks and I've bin to some around a lot of the states and by far this is the slowest and suckyest one I have ever bin to the drive trew like literally takes over an hour and the sad part about it is there is only 5 cars so I don't know what's going on but the staff must really suck.

This store is always under staffed, inventory short…. It disappoints
Came in with my girlfriend, I use to be a shift at Starbucks and know my way around the floor, I asked for a donut and brownie warmed up and some drinks, the barista that took my order went and checked to see if there was one in the fridge I told him that if there wasn’t one I don’t mind taking the one in the case, he then informed me its been more than a couple days since the case food has been changed which was shocking to hear since I know that the case food should be changed and thrown away daily to stop the spread of bacteria and keep the store clean, after he found a donut and brownie he then also told me that he wasn’t able to heat up the donut, I asked him if he doesn’t mind heating it on the loaf setting and he basically told me that I was stupid and that he wasn’t going to do that…very sad to see this type of customer service at Starbucks, not only was the customer service bad but I am assuming that the store is not cleaned properly or throughly enough which is worrying since it seems they are also running out of space or already don’t have enough…

Might be a good business but don’t ever work there they change bosses every two months plus they train onsite with 15 year olds to train you ? no offense on the young but this is how you wanna present yourself as a business ?plus don’t fall for advertising they pay way less then what they post. They only give managers full time hours as well no matter how hard you work. Just saying. Plus if you’re not a nerd this ain’t the spot for you. They are supposed to be about everyone but only focus on white folks and ppl with money other than that get lost. And to eat from there I hope y’all don’t get food poisoning. They don’t clean those little toaster ovens you want pictures feel free to email me
