So… I guess none of the businesses located in this lil strip ever answer the phone… I tried calling Subway and Little Caesars in order to try to see if they could tell me if the Raspados place is open, bc they also never answer the phone, and no one will answer the phone from any of these businesses regardless of the time of day that you try to call.

Please do not support this business, the owner over the phone accused me of having someone else pickup my online order and repeatedly yelling at me You People, Im American, a woman, Hispanic and a local from Espanola, so im still not sure who she was referring to, this happen last year a few days before Christmas, i was tired from baking and wrapping presents , lost my fiancé late October and im sure I didn’t look my best , after reporting her to Subway i got an apology on email but still waiting on my $80 refund it was dinner for my family. Please do not support her business just another reminder.

I walked in and a young dark complexion short female was leaning on the service counter while making a foot long which took her quite a while to make and having a private conversation on speaker with a gentleman on her personal cell phone. She remained on the phone while taking my order and tried to rush me through and out the door. Terrible service! I won't go there ever again.

Went in today 4/14 to get lunch I got a sandwich a drink and a couple of cookies, I took a bite of the raspberry cheesecake cookie and it's tasted like cleaning products 🤢🤮 absolutely horrible I thought maybe it would was just that one but nope both cookies tasted like someone sprayed Clorox or window cleaner on them 🤢 disgusting they need to watch their staff and make sure they aren't getting anyone else sick

Please, do not support this Subway on riverside drive driving through Espanola and you are taking a risk using the app to order. I live right out of Espanola and I ordered online to pick up and order quickly. My father and I went with my kiddos and I got if the car to run in and get my order. When I went in there were two employees and man and a lady. I gave them my name and without having to verify my order on my phone, she handed me a footlong. I explained to her that this was not my order and that I ordered a big order. Then the man told me that my order was already picked up and I told him “no, I’m here to pick it up”. So then he told me to show him the order in my phone, which I did and he took a picture of the order and went to the back. I waited “thinking they made a mistake and no big deal I’ll get my order. Believe it or not, please, he came to the front and handed me a cell phone and in speaker the owner of the subway was on the phone and started yelling at me and accusing me of sending in someone else to pick up my order and then going back in to pick it up again. She repeatedly told me that “You People, You People” do this to her once a day. I tried to stat patient with her in the call but after she said “You People” for the 20th time I did respond back and asked her to define who she talking about when she says “You People” because I’m a mother of 5 just trying to get dinner for my family. She hung up when I tried to get my phone to record her and she hung up. I looked at the man and he said he can’t do anything with out her permission. I didn’t know really what to do but I guess call the cops to make a report to get my money back but the man came back and asked do I want my order or my refund. With the way the owner was talking to me I was afraid she would reverse my refund or not give it to me so I took the order very upset and a bit hurt by the way I was spoken to. I am challenging her to release the video because she is on speaker and I want everyone to hear the way she was speaking to me and I won’t stop. I want a refund to because I did not let “Us People “ eat her food and u hope you read this and drive right by. Sorry this was very long and sorry if you read this again somewhere else but I do not wish anyone to be accused of something they did not do and profiled because they were in joggers and a zip up sweater. She accused me of trying to steal from her when she was actually trying to steal from me and tried to refuse to give me my order or refund. Happy Holidays

The store was dirty, there were a lot of empty bins of vegetables, and different vegetables mixed in together as if dropped from bin to bin throughout the day. I've never seen it this bad. Apparently it’s rude to ask the employees who are making your sandwich to change their gloves after watching them wipe their nose with said glove >:( then get mad and ignore you they need food handling classes ASAP.
