This is the subway going out of town on the west side!!! The team here are AMAZING AND THE FOOD IS BEYOND WORDS!!! Never eat at the subway in town that's like the definition of DISCUSTING the one in town, I'm not kidding when I say this....From the service, to the food, to the cleanliness , NIGHT AND DAY FOR SURE!!! I have a 13 year old growing boy who loves to eat..And he always wants this SUBWAY 1313 N Paseo DE Onate!!! WONDERFUL TEAM HERE!!! Service was friendly and efficient. Two servers were making sandwiches assembly-line fashion, and the line moved quickly. I ordered the 6" Philly Cheesesteak on multigrain bread, and it was fresh and tasty.Parking: This Subway shares space with a gas station and the associated convenience store, but parking was no problem.

Experienced Subway not following store hours. Suppose to open by 9am. I got to order at 9:25pm(ish) looking for aHot sandwich. The associate was scrubbing the toaster machine with chemicals.... isn't that suppose to be done at night?? Disappointed, but I'm understanding. I left a tip because the Lady associate was friendly. Good customer service and efficient time hours are not as good/strict as they use to be...tisk tisk

I have always loved subway on Onate better than the one on Riverside but today the service was awful. Workers we rude to elderly lady with two grandkids and a grandbaby with her. One worker countied to be rude to me. She was mad at the fact she toasted my sandwich and I said no thank you for it to be toasted. When she rudely said she couldn't hear me, I spoke very loud and said what I wanted. At this point I was angry and told her she had a very poor attitude.Very annoyed with how they treated the poor lady in front of me. Instead of being helpful to her.

I hate leaving a bad review for the Riverside store in Espanola being that I love the food there, but today when I went I got the worst service ever. One of the ""sandwich artists"" was very rude, actually cussed at me and invited me to go outside where she could assault me. I been going to this place for years and I've never been treated with so much disrespect. I always thought subway hired people that are kind not thugs that want to immediately jump over the counter and throw blows. This was a girl, whom I speak about. Sad I have to give a bad review on the whole store since neither one of them use name tags. Maybe that's why they don't wear them so they can harass customers without getting in trouble. Worst service ever ? and the lobby was very disgusting ?
