The Taco Bell flavors are there but the portions given are ridiculously small! I would say half the normal amount typically given. My crunchwrap supreme had barely anything in it. It was almost all tortilla. My tacos were also the same.

I’ve traditionally had good success at this location but tonight was ridiculous. My wife placed an online order and when picking it up 1) they could not understand her name and 2) once again asked us to confirm what food we ordered at the window in horribly broken English. After getting home, it was wrong. When I came back a second time for a second order, I had the EXACT same problems and they STILL got our order wrong, even after I showed it to the lady at the window. No one working here made any indication that they cared about the quality of their work.
I’m sorry, but if you cannot understand spoken English, I cannot even confirm my order at the window. Completely unacceptable.

Went in drive-through ordered $7 box and 4 crunchy tacos my total was 12.80 got to the second window after I paid a white skinny girl handed me the $7 Box and a bag, thought it was my tacos but was distracted because I was having a conversation with my man at the same time. We drove out went to speed way then went home, looked in the $7 box everything was there good! Looked in the bag all it was, was a shit turn of Diablo sauce, packets, and a shit ton of napkins where the hell are my crunchy tacos? I was pissed because it was my food, but it wasn’t my money, it was my man’s and he didn’t care too much believe if it was my money we would have had words! Good Night, Night crew!

It's been a great experience the last couple of times. The outside is clean, and the staff was friendly, and the speed and accuracy on the order was great.

If you don’t want your job then quit . The worker was rude . Me and my nino went into the drive thru and got a number 1 and a Crunchwrap supreme . He payed $11 for it all but they never gave us the Crunchwrap nor a receipt . My nino went inside to tell them they forgot it then the girl who got our order at the window said that’s not what he asked for . That was totally what he asked for and he asked politely but that snaggy mid age women said other wise and fought with him for about 15 minutes . They then gave him an other one and had to pay $8 ? We already payed for it and I checked the price and it was only $5 for a single Crunchwrap supreme . It also came in the bag like it was thrown and they didn’t even try to make it look presentable . Do better at your job or just quit if you cannot respect your customers .

I recommend if you don’t like your job to look for something that suits you better. Us customers pay money for the service and the food and it’s unfortunate that the staff here makes you feel like you bother them. They did not greet us, when we drove up to pick up the food the girl told us a different order 3 times before she got ours correctly. The manager came to the window to help her and give us a missing item from our order and they did not even ask us if we wanted any kind of sauce. My husband asked for a sprite and when we drove up to the window they didn’t give is the sprite. He said “im missing my sprite” the employee said “we didn’t even charge you for the sprite and even if we did we dong have it” would’ve been nice to let us know. Horrible service. What a surprise in this town.

They always take the orders wrong make the order wrong have druggies at ordering window called and asked for manager to get a credit on my order she wanted the food back I live 25 mins away all I asked was for them to give me a credit I asked for her supervisor name she said she don’t have one asked her for the corp number she said she wasn’t allowed to give it out and I asked her for her name she said per customer service training they are not allowed to give her name I told her she wears a name tag and she said yes so again I asked for The general managers name and she said she didn’t understand English and there’s no other managers. it was never like this it has gone so Bad that they have drug addicts at door and at drive thru and they don’t tell them anything come on so called managers you guys need better customer service skills I will not be returning to this location and get your orders right don’t understand how u can get an order wrong
The only Taco Bell in Spaña and it's worse than roach infested Wendy's! Customer service is an absolute joke! We told them they missed part of our order and they looked at us like we were stupid and said it was in the bag. Stopped in the parking lot to double check and they forgot 3 fourths of our order! The stuff in the bag was cold and thrown around in it like they didn't care. Might as well drive all the way to Santa Fe Taco Bell, Spaña has gone down hill! Be prepared to be treated like You're stupid by the girls in the back and cold food. Employees are more interested in their phones and coworker converstions than customer satisfaction.

This place is good so I ordered 1 burrito and fries with cheese and so I wanted inside and the 40 minutes later my food dint come out I was the only person there and then I just here the workers talking like ugh this place needs to shut down

Stephanie went the entire country mile to provide excellent service. The manager Erica/Erika failed miserably for such a simple order issue. The food is always good and to order. Front-end service as well. Management in the customer service aspect is abysmal. The employee saved this experience.
