I ordered the #1 taco supreme & burrito supreme. All tacos were completely broken & stuck to the paper wrapping. The burrito didn't have the sour cream.Great staff just horrible chefs.

Every time we go while ordering we are rushed, the staff is rude and they have given us either the wrong thing or have forgotten to give us something 3 different times! When checking the bag the rush us out of the drive through and complain when we go back for incorrect order. They don’t wrap or place our food correctly everything is just thrown in the bag

Reassessing this prior rating from a 5 star to a 1 star. Food was ok, service was terrible. Made an online order. Nobody was at the register, used service bell, nobody acknowledged. A new employee offered assistance and after several minutes another employeed came from the back still chewing, took an additional 10 minutes from that point. Order was placed mobile at 253, arrived at location about 3 and did not leave lobby till about 313. Several cars passed through the drive through during my time in the lobby although i only noted 1 at the drive thru microphone. I felt employees were more busy hanging out. Service gets a thumbs down.

The service In Espanola has been pathetic lately. I don't like to complain I know people work hard but this is ridiculous 😔 I have tried to get down instead of drive thru to see if it's faster. It's not, it's worse. Nobody even acknowledges you.

Went in around 9 to dine in with my daughters. First we waited in line forever with no acknowledgement, so I decided I'll use the screen to order. My food was called brought to me but missing the drinks. And on top of that the cashier was rude and unfriendly. We'll I ate i watched customers come in and wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time with no one in sight to help them. I'd also like to add that the woman's bathroom was locked and my daughter needed to use the bathroom, so we used the men's where the door got jammed and scared her and me thinking she was locked in and workers didn't even try to help get her out even after bringing it to their attention. Horrible experience. I don't recommend
I had ordered a couple orders of chalupas and 2 grilled cheese burritos and when I went to get them the manager refused to give them to me saying she put them in the bag when she didn’t. My boyfriend went to go talk to her and she also refused saying if we didn’t leave she would call the police. On top of all this my boyfriend go the chalupa order with no sour cream but all the chalupas came with sour cream. WORST SEEVICE. They got our order wrong and then left some food out.

Mobile ordering is actually slower than waiting in line. They'll make the food, but leave it in the back until you wait in the line to ask for it, despite the mobile order stand. The drink machine hasn't worked in over a year. The food is mostly tortilla. Overall, it's better to just go to Pojoaque.

This restaurant is a rip-off I went in to buy a large slushie and the guy went and gave me a medium one, and told the other worker in Spanish to give me a medium thinking that I didn't know how to speak in Spanish. I confronted him about it and he denied the whole thing, and tried telling me that he gave me a large. So just be careful when you go there, try not to get ripped off. I gave this restaurant zero stars but unfortunately it doesn't have an option for that. I will never eat here ever again this is the worstest place ever, even if you just go in for a drink.
