The Paleta Bar Española

My daughter and I came in to try the paleta bar for the first time. The employees and owner were very friendly and helpful. They even let my daughter try a sample before she ordered. At checkout my card was declined I was so embarrassed. But the sweet sweet owner covered the bill so we could try it we will be coming back for sure lifetime customers . I 100 percent recommend this place.

There are rude there allways closed and there were out of paletas that's what I came for and the floor was trashy and the bathrooms are out of order rather be good to shut down

It’s so sad this place has just gone downhill. I went 2-3 weeks ago and they were closed during normal business hours. Now every time I’ve gone if they are open they have nothing available. Today they had maybe 6 flavors and they are always out of piñon. This is my favorite place to go but something has to change to get it running like it was originally when they first opened

Our first visit was great and decided to make it a regular stop. Have been there twice since then and the place was dirty!! Both times there were very few flavors to choose from and took a niece today for a treat and they were closed at 2 pm!! Ridiculous!! Will not be going back! The franchise in Santa Fe is great! I hate to have to take my money out of my beautiful valley but this franchise owner needs to pay attention to his business. Very sad

So yum ! Don’t miss this cool haven of deliciousness this summer in Espagnola, NM.“Paleta” means popsicle in Spanish. And popsicles they have in a wild variety of flavors and flavor combos. The crazy dips and toppings are beautifully layered on these great pops. Location is right there on the main drag through Espagnola on the same side as the El Paisano supermarket and Walgreens. Super clean, cool (welcome in this hot weather) refreshing and lovely service. They have lots of variations that I’ll be back to try another time !

Went for a usual paleta and received the worst paleta in the world. Attempted to call and didnt answer. Went back to complaint, they skipped me of the line and then stated they couldnt do anything about it. Terrible customer service! If you ever have a complaint dont waste your time on returning to the location.

Disappointed, came today when it was supposed to be open, rang the bell - nothing, called their phone number - nothing. I was really looking forward to getting a paleta. This is not how you do business.

I absolutely love the paleta bar. Everyone is always friendly when we are there, the selections are always available, and it's always super clean. The reason why I am giving a 1 star rating is because it's never open. No matter what time you call or go in person, during the weekdays or weekends, I always find that its closed. It's super iritating since it's one of the only great places in Española to get ice cream.

Not a safe place to consume food. Staff is unsupervised. Only one flavor paleta, coffee. Sad.

It was a great experience the first visit but was totally ignored by two young lady employees at window on 2nd visit through drive-up ... they both looked at me then turned away and continued conversing with one another. Didn't even open window.
