I was there for breakfast I ordered pancakes were not what I expected, mediocre at best . No real maple syrup, no fresh fruit, or real whipped cream. I also ordered a side of potatoes that was 4.00 dollars definitely not worth it, bacon that was another 4.00 dollars. My bill came to over 18.00 dollars shocked and angry that I shamelessly paid. Great cafe serving NM cuisine in a friendly personable atsmophere. Don't worry about dishes beyond the chefs ability to deliver as first class. Traditional food just done right. From the greeting at the door, to service, food delivery, and past the check a sound choice and value. Hope the local media visits again soon to boost this cafes presence and tragic so long as a seat is available for my next visit.

If you want to try traditional New Mexican cuisine, this is the place. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Everything tasted home-made. Best meal of our trip to New Mexico. The red and green sauce were both delicious as was the carne adobada.
