They have fry sauce! I never thought I would see that anywhere outside of the Utah/Idaho/western Washington area. But let's be honest; having fry sauce does not make up for over salted low quality shoestring fries. Their "steak" burgers are not all that great either. I was really underwhelmed.
Visiting from California for Balloon Fiesta. Oh man, I can't stop thinking about Freddy's chili cheese fries and strawberry milkshake. It's the best I've ever had. The fries were super thin, almost like noodles. We tried the blue cheese/bacon burger...but it was too salty and didn't come with any lettuce/tomatoes/onions. We found out later from a friend that we had to order a different style burger. The chili cheese dog was also awesome. Super friendly...read full review

Have had better service at other locations. Waited ten minutes at menu board at drive thu and then when we finally got our order at window employee shoved it out and almost dropped it and then started laughing in my face. We I pointed out to him he needs to slow down he kept laughing. When I pay over thirty dollars for dinner I expect some type of customer service with out having to deal with morons.
