I've never canceled my order and walked out of a restaurant until I went here. After waiting for my small, simple order for 45 minutes and watching others who ordered after me be served before me, all while listening to the sushi chefs and waitresses gossip to each other inappropriately about customers, I just had to leave. I might understand if the place was busy, but there were 2 sushi chefs and 4 or 5 waitresses, mostly standing around doing nothing, and not that many customers....read full review
This was one of our favorite spots in Espanola. However, after my recent experience, I will never go there again. Our rolls took an hour and a half to come out. And it wasn?t even everything. When the inattentive waitress asks if everything was okay, I told her we still needed our bowls and she rudely responded. We had to wait another fifteen minutes for our bowls to come out. Drove to Española just to have dinner there they sat us very fast restaurant not to busy sat there for 15 minutes no one ever came to our table heard one of the waitresses ask host who's is that is that table other couple was seated they got a waitress to them quick. We just walked out no one ever went to our table won't be back there
