Great food, great workers but I think they might need more workers. They are extremely busy. Saw the person on register placing food in bags or he had to place ready food on trays. Customers had to wait just a little while. While he was doing this. All the workers were very skilled in dealing with the public. Very polite and friendly customer service. KFC workers at 1:00pm on Tuesday you are doing an amazing job. Wish more places were like you guys.

Stopped going here for awhile because of the frustrations in getting your order right! So I sent my son and the drive up worker again messed up the order where my son had to get down and get the manager to get his order right which took over 45 minutes. I guess this will never change
