They only had the bar open and a person in our party was in. A wheel chair so they set us in an area separate of all the rest of the diners, we ordered our food and an hour later we still didn't have our food. After an hour and 20 minutes we paid for our drinks and appetizers and left without eating.

The food here is excellent if you can ever get a seat or be seated I have never sat and waited for a table for more than an hour when they were only six tables filled in the restaurant. Even with the wait staff that was working everyone should have been accommodated this is ridiculous I don't even know why we waited the hour that we did after realizing how long we were there we just walked out and went to McDonald's poor customer service this place needs employees bad something something just ain't right either the pay sucks or the management as popular as chilies usually is this place should always be booming not just in the bar but in the restaurant area as well

Hate to leave a bad review. We got up and left almost 15 mins after being seated when they had not even taken our drink order..... I believe that most of the negative reviews here are in my opinion probably trueI ended up going to Walmart to get chicken

Got a booth quickly. At booth we waited 10 minutes finally waiter acknowledged us said they would be right back waited about another 10 minutes came back to get our drink orders. Noticed his finger was bleeding needless to say we left went to Walmart and got a chicken cup... Needless to say this was not our first time at this chilli's both times was awful will not go back...
Service was very slow, took 20 minutes for a server to come to our table after we were seated. The atmosphere was terrible due to the party at the adjacent table having their cell phone on speaker at full volume so the entire restaurant could hear their conversation. Chili's has definitely had better nights but this wasn't one of them.

I went to chili and sat waiting for 30 minutes I didn’t see a single server and than when I asked if we could be seated I was told “you need to wait your turn can’t you see I’m busy” it wasn’t worth it and the lobby was full of people waiting to be seated.

As usual, the food is fine, but we literally only saw our server once after ordering in the more than 45 minutes we were there. The once was because I flagged him down. I had to stop another server to get a to go box, forget about a drink refill. Don't go to this location.
