I ordered the Deluxe Mexican Plate. It comes with enchiladas, chili rejano, tacos, rice, beans, chips & salsa and guacamole. It's a Good combo if you're not sure what you want. Always fast & friendly service. I would definitely recommend Dianas Mexican Cafe.
Usually it's decent, but not to many places to really choose from In Eunice. Lately though, the Asado, or red Chile pork, has been super greasy and taste as if it has been in the refrigerator for several days. The plate I ordered today, the only thing that tasted fresh was the eggs, and that was a plus especially knowing how expensive eggs are now.
If you are in Eunice, NM early in the day stop at Diane’s Cafe. No! Better, if you are near Eunice, NM make a point of eating at Diane’s Cafe. They start you with the American tradition at breakfast, chips and salsa. Food is served quickly and is piping hot as it should be. Portions are ample. Food is correctly prepared. Go there!!
