Thanks for serving me a drink with sugar when I ordered sugar free. First time caller, and will never come back. My blood sugar shot up so high, it was hard to level out. I thought you're sugar free options would be good for a type 1 diabetic, but your servers didn't even pay attention.

Asked for deconstructed drink. They don’t have a price for deconstructed drinks yet. So I opted for a drink without ice. So I can enjoy later in the day without it being watered down. They will give you a drink without ice, but up charge you for having no ice. They won’t tell you about the up charge though.

My family and I have gone to 7 brew many time since they opened in Farmington. Tonight was the first time that I can say that we were disappointed. At 8:45 pm we pull up to order with two cars in front of us the girl taking orders takes our phone number and then proceeded to tell us that they could not do anything with Coffee which is what my husband and I went there for. My girls order chia so they got their drinks and then we pull up to get the girls drinks and my husband asked how come they could not do coffee and the girl proceeds to tell us that the espresso machines are down he asks well what is wrong with them and the girl states that everything is down. Husband makes a sarcastic comment that they need to complain to someone. The girl then tells my husband that we should make a complaint against her manager, “please make a complaint against her” were her exact words. My husband asks how do we do that is there a email or phone number, she states that she does not know any of that but we could make a google review. So here I am making a google view. Do I think their espresso machines were down no I do not. They have multiple machines and you’re telling me that they were all down. This is what I think, I think that they wanted to all go home right at closing time which is 10pm. So instead of serving us and all the other customers that come after us and those that came before us that wanted coffee they made up a lie. We could see in the windows that they were all cleaning the machines and cleaning in general. So this is why we think they did not want to make more coffees.

Was a bit slow put worth the wait got a free drink handed out because they mistakenly maid one the person that handed it out was very nice and polite said his name was gio and he was happy to help would recommend for the wait

I asked for a deconstructed energy drink and was told “ no because they would lose out on money.” I have went to locations in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho who have served deconstructed energy drinks without a problem. I don’t know how they’re losing out on money when they’re charging full price? Doesn’t make any sense to me.
