No food left on buffet after employee fills to go orders in front of us. Poor service and dirty. Not busy on Saturday, should have been a warning.

Don’t come to this restaurant unless you want to be getting bland food and dealing with rude waitresses. The food was cold or just looked like it’s been out for a couple of hours, dried out, looked oily and, it was very disappointed since I usually come here every year for their birthday’s. I brought my 2 daughters (18 & 11 years old) and my son (7 years old) here and they charged me for 3 adults and 1 kid. I went to them to tell them that there must been a mistake because it’s supposed to be for 2 kids and 2 adults. They said that an 11 year old is considered an “Adult”. After we left my daughter called and asked for prices for an 11 year old they said it was $11.50 for 11-7 year olds. For adults it was $15.45. So if you are going to eat here make sure you call for prices because they might try to charge your child as an adult price.

Food was horrible. I don’t know how this place is even in business. Spent 65 dollars and barely ate anything. The food was old, everything tasted weird, chicken wings had feathers. The only good thing was the fresh watermelon and cantaloupe. We will never go back.

My boyfriend and I sat near the back of the house, between the two doors that go to the kitchen. We had gone there for their buffet. Lo and behold, we seen a cockroach crawling on the wall. Immediately got up and addressed the manager. Our total was compensated. Never ate there since.

Service was awesome, polite smiles from entire staff. I got the buffet and vegetables were wilted, sauces were dried out and there was no meats, except a mountain of cooked unpeeled shrimp, the beef was gone from the beef and broccoli. I sincerely enjoy saying wonderful things about a restaurant but whoever was cooking that day needs to be let go

If you're gonna eat at Arches in Farmington, New Mexico, make sure you look at your ticket. cause they automatically put in their own tip. Because we got done. We were waiting for our ticket so we could not pay. So we went to the counter and we told the cashier. We haven't gotten our ticket, and then here she comes, and I didn't look at it until later after I looked at my receipt. She added $14.03
