The money charged was not worth it. Normal pretzels were burnt on bottom, hard to the bite. The drinks were about the only thing good. This place used to be very yummy, but now I don't see us going back.

I went to this store to get pretzel for the first time , there were lots of different types of pretzels on the shelf looks very fresh. I got me pretzel dogs and it was yummy. I definitely go there again

I understand people need to use the restroom but I don't think both of them needed to go at the same time. food was not fresh. lady was in a rush to get us out of there because she gave us our total when we weren't finished ordering plus didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything else. had a clear distinction of not wanting to be there all over her face. so we just took what we got and left.

Stale old, hard pretzel.. our daughter accidentally spilled her cinnamon flavored one right in front of the worker, Sarah, we didn't get a refund on that one, but I'm sure it was just as bad. I wouldn't recommend for their food or customer service.

Ordered a medium Lemonade and ice tea and it tasted horrible! The ice tea had a gross after taste that almost made me vomit. It tasted old and It was like the ice tea was left sitting there for weeks! The cashier or whoever works there needs to make fresh ice tea! I want a refund!!!

lm not one to post a bad review but this experience was ridiculous. I went in for a âsoftâ pretzel today and was excited to go home and eat it. When it was given to me i noticed the cheese was really warm and when i got home and opened it the cheese inside the closed package was burnt. I was sort of okay with that until i went to eat my pretzel. The pretzel wasnât warm when i got it, it was very stale, it was really hard to eat, and it was also burnt. It was the worst soft pretzel I have ever had. I will never be getting anything from them again.

This was my first time trying this establishment, I needed a quick bite for lunch so I stopped by around 5:30ish & got a whole pretzels which was the Pepperoni & Jalepeño pretzel w/ a side of cheese dip. Total was around $7. The pretzel was pretty good, only downside is the pretzel probably was sitting there for a good couple hours or was over cooked some parts were pretty hard but over all it was good. I was intrigued to try their lemonade but didn't because most places have lemonade that is overly sweetened. I will go back & try it out and update my review. ???
