Hate to do but I let it slide a few times but, seriously guys come on. The burrito is smaller then my damn phone. Almost 8 bucks for this little thing? Cmon do better..... Make a burrito not a diaper....

The burger was juicy and delicious. Im confused why the person ahead of me and behind me were served their food personally, but I was a name yelled out. Felt unappreciated. Even sat in the lobby and ate it fresh. Will deal with the people factor to get the chile hot and the bacon crisp.

The hashbrowns are always dry and chewy and there is too much pepper🤢 I recommend going to any other location in town.

The so call Native American morning manager was rude and has horrible customer service skills.
I called at least 5 times.
The automatic system is terrible.
It repeats itself over and over and will not allow you to speak to a live person.
It stayed I had the correct ordered..
But when I got there to pick up my order it was with green chili inside my burritos. We was traveling and had a long 9 hours of traveling.
I wanted my chile on the side.
The rude guy said, they cannot remake another one due to 10:55 a.m. I had called it on 30 mins prior. I was told they will not refund my money and I need to call the corporate office and to Goggle it myself.
What kind of shitty customer service is this.
I will never go to any Blake's Lotta burger again. It use to be our favorite spot to go when we came in town.
I am so frustrated and disappointed. Go somewhere else.
Automated order online is an outrage. At least have an option to speak to a live person.

I went to Blake’s Lotaburger today to eat lunch with my husband. We ordered 2 burgers. 2 drinks and a medium seasoned fry. No pickles. No mustard and added bacon. This is what we said to the girl taking our order. She got confused and every time she repeated our order back to us , it was wrong. We told her 5 times and she was still getting it wrong. I understand maybe it was her first day or something but that wasn’t the issue. After we told her the 6th time she repeated it back to us and gave us our receipt and our cups. We sat down and I went over the the receipt. There was 2 fries on the receipt when we ordered one. So my husband went back up there and told them about it before they make it. Our food came out and One burger HAD PICKLES, HAD MUSTARD AND NO BACON. That wasn’t what I ordered. If I’m getting charged for bacon , I would actually want bacon in my burger. So My husband went up there and mentioned this to them and they said they are going to remake the burger. He was waiting on the side. and a lady came in to ask to use the restroom and the guy taking the order this time said to herā€ well are u a customer!?ā€ She said ā€œyes. I’m ordering in the drive thruā€ he let her but was again rude about it. But at the time when she came in, they told my husband ā€œcan u go stand over thereā€ šŸ‘‰ in a very rude voice. He moved over more. They brought out the burger again and once again NO BACON. I wanted bacon. My husband went over there again, and said sir there still isn’t bacon in here can u just refund it. He said WE DONT DO REFUNDS WE HAVE TO MAKE IT AGAIN. 😠 and at this point… Im thinking like really? You just can’t add the pieces of bacon to my burger.. like simple just insert it. Why are they giving us a hard time. We were so nice and polite to them and they were very very rude to us. We just wanted to have a nice lunch. They charged us more for the large fries which we didn’t order. They didnt add bacon that we paid for also. I was so upset and told my husband I don’t know why they are treating us this way let’s just take our food and go. My husband was very upset too. He was just gunna ask for a full refund because they overcharged us for what we didnt order. And they are mad at us for their own mistakes. I would definitely say please do better at hiring better people with more friendly customer service. We didn’t deserve to be treated that way. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place to friends, co workers, tourists or family.

Was sitting at the drive thru for 10-15 minutes, got a frito pie and specifically said no onion only lettuce and tomatoes, still got my food wrong. !!rude customer service!! And waited another 15 mins for my food to be remade.
