Terrible service. I usually go here for breakfast burritos. The lady at the window swiped my card three times. Finally the fourth went through a later that day I was charged for 4 burritos. I confronted them later that day. She did acknowledge she swiped a couple of times. Didn’t get no refund because they refused to. But every time I come to this location the burritos ingredients are ice cold. Sometimes it’s someone’s else’s order. Terrible place to eat. I’d recommend going to one of there other three locations

Ordered 3 breakfast burritos and 1 medium fries only for the drive thru lady is have an ugly attitude with me after ordering fries. Ridiculous. All 3 burritos were outrageously covered with black pepper! To the point where we didn’t enjoy the burritos. They need to take it easy with the black pepper.

I haven't had Lotaburger in about 5 years. I was very excited to have this. Their burgers are really good! I can only do an itsa burger, which is the small one. The bigger one's better for someone who has better appetite. Their meat is really quality! I really enjoyed this meal and I made sure I could eat it all!

Not enough green chile sauce on the burrito, plus don't use the call in app , it charges your card ! I had to have my card replaced! Burrito is 8:03 now since egg prices have gone down!! It's all a government thing.
