Terrible service. I usually go here for breakfast burritos. The lady at the window swiped my card three times. Finally the fourth went through a later that day I was charged for 4 burritos. I confronted them later that day. She did acknowledge she swiped a couple of times. Didn’t get no refund because they refused to. But every time I come to this location the burritos ingredients are ice cold. Sometimes it’s someone’s else’s order. Terrible place to eat. I’d recommend going to one of there other three locations

Ordered 3 breakfast burritos and 1 medium fries only for the drive thru lady is have an ugly attitude with me after ordering fries. Ridiculous. All 3 burritos were outrageously covered with black pepper! To the point where we didn’t enjoy the burritos. They need to take it easy with the black pepper.

I haven't had Lotaburger in about 5 years. I was very excited to have this. Their burgers are really good! I can only do an itsa burger, which is the small one. The bigger one's better for someone who has better appetite. Their meat is really quality! I really enjoyed this meal and I made sure I could eat it all!

Not enough green chile sauce on the burrito, plus don't use the call in app , it charges your card ! I had to have my card replaced! Burrito is 8:03 now since egg prices have gone down!! It's all a government thing.

Clean spot to have a quick burger or breakfast sandwich or burrito. Really good burgers. I'm excited to try their new line of coffees. I come here once a week its always clean, fast, and fresh fast food. The staff here are also very nice. My one piece of feedback is not to have staffing discussions with your staff members in the dining room while guests are eating.
