The day after the Superbowl, I ordered two plain egg sandwiches. The cashier did a great job with annotating my order. The manager was on the grill. Unfortunately, I received cheese egg sandwiches instead of my request. Next, the manager made me another egg sandwich and removed the cheese from the waste. Finally, the manager served me a fresh egg sandwich and the combination of the mistake. A Lotaburger manager ignored my receipt with his error, does this common event occur with staff? Superbowl season was over and was the harmony a distraction. Who knows?

Seems like a once great go to breakfast burrito place is going downhill. The recent times multiple breakfast burrito orders were made for my family and I have been less than satisfactory. Stale hash browns seems like they were reused from the previous day. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Making a great hamburger is not that hard. Making a great hamburger fast and consistently is another story. These guys have been great until today. Incomplete order and the cheese was literally cooked right off of the burger. Owners remember great people make great hamburgers. Don't lose any of the good ones because there are only a few great fast food cooks left.

Ordered a bacon breakfast burrito with no cheese and green chili on the side, is it so damn hard to read a receipt? My burrito came with NO sauce, NO bacon, WITH CHEESE. Like gah damn it can’t be this hard to read letters in our native language

First off I LOVE BLAKES! Secondly, There was one person ahead of me and just a couple other customers waiting at the barstools. Multiple employees including the manager saw me and didn’t even say what up. After about 5 minutes I asked one of the employees politely if they could look for my online order. She said “it’s probably in the warmer” then proceeded to dead stare me and then started cleaning. About another five to ten minutes goes by and finally the same employee goes and grabs it. Doesn’t say a word to me and drops it on the counter. I don’t mind waiting when it’s necessary, but that was just ridiculous. It had been ready since I walked in I waited over ten minutes for some reason. And not to mention the burritos were made incorrectly. I would encourage them to focus on customer service. I love Blake’s and have never had a problem. I won’t be coming back to this location. The only redeeming factor was a very cute older couple enjoying their time. Also Shout out Bloomfield and the one on broadway. They are super nice and friendly :)

I got a burrito with extra sausage but it was just all hash. Desiree was the one who took my order. Also what's up with Raymond? He should smile more often. Makes me uncomfortable. The burritos are usually good but mine was messed up today by the cashier.
