Bartender/server wanted to be cute and try and memorize our order instead or writing it down. We were a party of 7 and he couldnāt even repeat it to us correctly before he put in our order. He got a couple of the orders wrong of course. And I donāt know if they have dirty beer taps or old limes, but the beer tasted like crap. Kitchen did good though.

got a 6 piece of boneless wings, just to be literal 1 bite wings. i also was doing i oickup order that i had to wait 15 minutes for in the lobby waiting for someone to help me although i already ordered threw the phone 20 minites before and told me it would be done in 10 minutes.

This place needs a full firing and rehire with completely new management. I have never had worse service, or food. Every time we order there is something wrong. The people are very upset to help you. It a true mess of an establishment. Go down the road to Wing Stop and save yourself some time and a headache.

I always love coming for the bogo days, so the food is not my problem. The issue is when you walk in with a sign stating to seat yourself and then proceed to do so but sit around for 25 minutes, unacknowledged by 4 servers, multiple times, while other tables around us were attended to multiple times. All it takes is a simple āIāll be with you shortlyā but instead we were just blatantly ignored. Thereās a reason this location has so many complaints from around town and being busy is not an excuse. The customer service is absolutely terrible and inexcusable. We are happy to go to other restaurants and give our money to the servers who actually deserve it, unlike the ones that were working while we were here on 1/9/25.
Don't eat here unless you want food poisoning. Inside was disgusting and has a strange odor. Won't be back.

I asked for buffalo boneless wings and garlic parm and got spicy garlic and a powdered buffalo. I asked for the right flavors and again I got a powdered wing. Didnāt want to wait for a third time to get buffalo sauce. Very disappointed.

Where do I start. Wings were very hard over cooked. The burgers were plain nasty and dry Server was very unpleasant. Checked on us one time on our visit. Drinks needed to filled. Never explained anything to us about additional charges. Very unhappy with my visit. Floors were dirty smelled awful in the building. Not a friendly place rude and snotty servers
