Today was the LAST time we ever come here. The last 3 times the food was sub par and Customer service does not exist here. Today we received garbage service and even worse food. We came in to pick up a to go order. I give the hostess my name and she just points to a shelf with 4 bags on it then she turns and walks away. I found my order and left. The food we received was over cooked dry little nuggets with barely any sauce.Not the boneless wings that bww is known for. I called to see if they would fix it and the lady that answered the phone said. Well you should have checked your order before you left. Then hung up. So congratulations bww. You have earned yourselves a big fat NO on my places to eat. P.s you can keep your generic reply with an offer to join your rewards club because I’m done. Refund my $60 and we’ll talk but short of that, don’t bother. This place is trash.

As a man who wants a snack and to sit down, with my family, DO NOT COME HERE. They will let you wait while they tend to people at the Bar, i waited for 10 minutes, I did have multiple waiters look at me. I guess it's only for drinks after 11. Lame place.

Really nice experience for the most part, some of the staff are very friendly, customer service oriented, others, as a suggestion, might want to work on their customer service skills or lack of. I'll still give this establishment a very nice compliment, as it was a pleasant experience, with great tasting food!!!

This place has a great selection of drafts and football season is packed. Show up hour early before a game. For UFC show up a couple hours early. The wings for the past year has been overly cooked wings are hard each time I've been back thinking it'll be different NOPE! Super hard over cooked wings.....The management needs to step ot up. Wings Stop is where it's at right now... fix it BBW!!!!

WARNING!!! IF YOURE NOT WHITE WITH BLONDE HAIR BLUE EYES DO NOT COME HERE. My family and I have never experienced such discrimination like this location. It was absolute DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR and the waiters here are all sad excuses for a human being. They would purposely go around our already dirty table after waiting more than 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we had to go up and ask them for drinks and with an attitude we were finally handed only have of our drink request. We had a horrible overall weekend being in Farmington getting things told like “go back to your country” and the same energy from countless locations there and we believe this was continuing here at this restaurant and because of that we did just get up and leave.DONT forget to put your signs that say no people of color at your door Buffalo Wild Wings.

Visited here from Arizona. Thought we'd go here for SNF thinking we'd get what we've come to expect from BWW. Couldn't be more wrong. Appeared to be understaffed, waited for a beer long enough that I could have brewed a keg, fries were cold, 3 chicken strip meal came out with only 2. Guess next time one of the dark, dank looking local sports bars might have been the better choice
This place is GARBAGE I just love getting ignored and then getting nasty food. B dubs is great in most cities but not here. This location needs to have every employee promoted to the unemployment line and then start over with people that actually work for their money. Never again

I would give 0 stars if I could , literally served me old browning guacamole and a 10 dollar fried pickle tray that only had 10 little pieces of pickles . This place is a joke and the food is disgusting!!!!🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Bartender/server wanted to be cute and try and memorize our order instead or writing it down. We were a party of 7 and he couldn’t even repeat it to us correctly before he put in our order. He got a couple of the orders wrong of course. And I don’t know if they have dirty beer taps or old limes, but the beer tasted like crap. Kitchen did good though.
