Really nice experience for the most part, some of the staff are very friendly, customer service oriented, others, as a suggestion, might want to work on their customer service skills or lack of. I'll still give this establishment a very nice compliment, as it was a pleasant experience, with great tasting food!!!
When we came in we waited for 5 mins. No one acknowledged us. I made eye contact with several of the waiters. I then asked if we wait to be seated or seat ourselves. We ordered our wings, got our drinks. We'd finish our drinks, put it at the end of the table so theyd know to refill but finally had to wait to ask if we could get a refill. Wings were delish. I am absolutely loving your new bar guy. Walter is believe his name is ? I could talk to him for hours, he is so personable and easy to talk to. I'm considering coming every day he works now ? . 10/10 definetly give him all the raises because he's the best bartender yall have had in years.
