Did online order and came here to pick up my order and went in drive thru and taking forever !! I waited for almost 40mins and line slowly moving!! I don’t know what’s going on but sheeesh!! It’s called fast food so there should be fast workers!! And there’s nobody in the lobby too. SMH!

The place opens at 7 but nothing isn't ready yet and it's 7:10am. Asked what time the staff comes in and they said 6, so why isn't the coffee on? Staff needs to be on their toes serving customers.

It's was a quick in and out. I enjoyed going in and picking up the food. The drive thru is always available and your wait time is usually less than 10 minutes.

My son found a hair with a lint on the side the burger, I finally got our meal remade, I told them I’m going to call the corporate. Then they reluctantly gave us our refund. After that was done we just left. Check your meal first before eating.

The store on west main is really dark in the parking area at night. Had a homeless man approach me in the dark and I got spooked. For the safety of the customers please put up some lights!!!

Just lost a long time customer. Young man taking my order tried to charge me 4.00 dollars for a cup of water to take some medication. This was not a bottle water order. Who charges 4 dollars for a cup of water??? Burgers always lukewarm and buns always stale. I guess they charge for you to use the restroom and flush the toilet also?? This place is the worst...
