Was my worst experience at a Carl's Jr. Ever. Food was made wrong, fries were cold and stale and Even though my onion rings supposedly came right off the fryer, they tasted old. So maybe they were freezer burned. I don't know. Definitely won't be going again

Still the absolute cleanest fast food place in Farmington, friendly staff, tasty burgers. I don't know how this place just isn't packed all the time.

Ordered 3 chicken tenders as a medium meal, daughter ordered 9 chicken star large meal, both with onion rings. After waiting over 20 minutes for our food, it arrived cool, not toasty hot, and we got one serving of fries instead of onion rings. The staff corrected it quickly, but the replacement rings were also cool, not hot. The fries were still frozen when we tried one.
The stars were cooked but nothing special. My chicken tenders were burnt to a crisp, with absolutely no moisture left in them.
The tables were grubby, needed scrubbing to get the dried sauce off them. All in all, I very much doubt we'll be back, ever.
Tried reaching out to the owner via the link provided and it didn't work. They deserve the opportunity to make it right.

Ordered a Chicken Club Sandwich. Picture on the drive through menu board indicated this would be a grilled chicken sandwich, what I got was breaded chicken. It was okay, but not what I thought I was getting. Maybe a I should have asked when ordering, just to make sure?
Kind of dissapointed, I could have gotten a breaded chicken sandwich practically anywhere. I drove past several others to go to Carl's Jr jist because I could get grilled chicken there.
