It blows me away that the place in Farmington has such slow moving workers compared to the ones in Colorado Springs. This is for the drive-thru. Plus, my order wasn't even checked to make sure it was complete according to the receipt. Forgot the dressing for my salad.

First of all, I am a diehard Chick fil A fan. But at my last few visits I’m usually ordering “extra “ pickles/ lettuce etc..charge for them and not receiving them. This latest visit I ordered a chicken sandwich wo the bun (cutting down on carbs) .. with extra lettuce, extra pickles and tomatoes. I was charge .25 for them to take off the bun ! I was charged twice for lettuce and didn’t receive the extra lettuce or pickles. I was basically charged .85 for nothing. I’m super annoyed because the thought of this company doing that to multiple customers makes me ill. Always check ur meal before u drive off at this location. I rarely do and always pay the price. :(
The recipes from the original founder are excellent — the food still carries that rich, thoughtful flavor that made this place special. In my opinion, some of the current local ownership’s public-facing values feel more like performative virtue or moral cosplay than genuine community engagement. The service is polite but inconsistent, and while the atmosphere remains inviting, it doesn’t quite match the warmth and authenticity that once defined it.
