The food was acceptable even though 3 out of 3 people at our table got cold fries. The server was not great but acceptable. I had to go walk around to find a manager so I could pay because there wasn't a POS at our table and the server was MIA. But it was ok. Better than Applebee's by far.

We had dinner at Chili's and we had cold burgers and fries, service wasn't up to par. Actually poor. We'll have burgers at Lotta Burger, at least their steaming hot.

The food was good. But the utensils and cups looked dirty, I know it’s the dishwasher but they should take time to polish the utensils and get better cups. The floors looked messy too and we ate when they opened so there’s no reason for the floors to be messy before seating. The waiter was really friendly and he was patient.

Food is always great, service is typically lacking because it is usually longer than projected eta and they wont even let you know something is no longer available until youve been sitting there for half an hour. Once i was informed the order of ribs was not available i was asked if i was okay with substituting for chicken strips (wtf?) , when i said “no” and “id like a refund” instead of having another option (plain english) , i was told “that will take a while” and then when i said “thats okay” he went to the back and instead of refunding me brought me out three five dollar vouchers ( not usable at the same time, to top it off ). Tried using one of the cards for them to jot even be active or usable 😐 kinda a joke of customer service so rating is low. Everything else is pretty cherry tho.

When they call your name be in line. They will wait on someone who’s out of line 15+ minutes and make everyone else wait behind them.
Also, just walk in and tell them you didn’t get a text. They’ll seat you immediately in front of people who’ve been waiting.

Edit: We didn’t receive a text. One of the waitress seated us and the host came in after and stilled called our name after we’d been seated and waiting for an hour+. Your restaurant was only at 50% capacity with open tables. Organize yourselves better.

Went for lunch and had to tell the waiter four times what I ordered he made us so uncomfortable as he stood over our table almost the entire time we were waiting for our food just staring at us. and then when the food came out my boyfriend got his plate and finished it while I sat and waited for over 20 minutes for my food just to find out the waiter didn’t even put my order in after asking FOUR TIMES what I wanted. He then proceeded to put 10$ on the table and try to bribe us into giving his manager a good word on his service. Worst experience we’ve ever had here quite literally made us uncomfortable the whole time I wound up taking my food to-go
Our server was great. His name was JJ. The hostess however, did not seat us right away and had told us that she called our name and text our number. Both which were false. We also noticed that she was seating all the Caucasians and seating none of the minorities. She was seating preferentially based on skin color. It may sound radical but I swear it was happening. We got very upset at what we were witnessing. Anyway, the only bright light was our server. Will not come back if the hostess is working. We may not get seated at all next time.

Food was good, but I ordered a double burger and fries. The fries were very skimpy on portion size. After paying $18 for a burger you could get a decent amount of fries. The service wasn't good at all. Took our order quickly but never returned. Others brought out our drinks and food. Seems to be a general theme for restaurants now. Don't offer anything else. Will be a long time before I come back if at all.
Parking: You have to use the grocery store in the plaza to find parking and they weren't even busy.

We almost walked out. There were plenty of empty tables, but only one waitress. We took the last 2 seats at the bar. That gal was GREAT. The food was yummy, but side portions were small.
