I had a problem with the price of an order. I got conflicting information from 2 employees. The less customer service minded employee was reluctant to help me. She dismissed me to leave with, "Have a good day," while gestering towards the door. I then asked to speak to the manager. I explained the situation to the manager, Bree. She listened and understood. She asked me to get back in line so they could rectify the matter. I would like to highly commend Bree for her professional behavior. She took ownership of the problem and saw it thru to a very satisfied customer. There was no attitude and no dismissal. My entire professional life has been managing and training individuals in customer service. I give Bree an A+! Hopefully, the other employee(s) learn from her excellent example. She's a keeper. Thank You Bree

Service was very poor. They were out of barbacoa,steak, and sofrita. The carnitas were dried out and the brisket was was gone and dried out. The pinto beans hadn’t been stirred and looked like dog food. Only had hot and medium salsa. No lettuce, no shredded cheese, and no corn salsa. Couldn’t/wouldn’t make my grandson a quesadilla. With all that said they did have all of those ingredients in the online order counter. We however came in for a quick take home order. Very disappointing.

Out of everything, except for everything on the online order bar! Horrible customer service. Sub prime to say the least. We will not go back. Do better for Farmington!
All the rave about Chipotle and i was definitely left disappointed. Food was sub par, the location in Farmington was a mess, just about all the table's had food crumbs left on top of the tables, asking an employee to clean the table was like asking for their first born the glare and eyerolls explain the filthiest of the restaurant, the drink station was a mess no ice no straws there was also no napkins in the dispensers, the Tabasco bottles were empty, the restroom were dirty and smelled worse then a gas station restroom, top it off the trash bins were so overfilled i mean piled high, customers were even putting their trash on the tables next to trash bin as they left the restaurant. This visit was on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm such a huge disappointment.

Got a burrito bowl with steak. The portion sizes were very small. I only got like 10 little pieces of steak. The meat to rice and bean ratio was overwhelming with beans and rice. For the price of 13 dollars I feel like there should be more meat. I literally had to save some steak till the end of my bowl to make it enjoyable. Disappointed in this location. Food is good though just sad. DONT BE STINGY WITH THE STEAK!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Got my recipe thrown in the bag. A girl who just didn’t care about customer service. Pay $15 for a bowl and ask for pico and because it’s on there to go line they said nope that’s for people who paid already. I paid for my food too but I guess here it doesn’t matter. Absolutely inexcusable service tonight. Not please!
