I ordered chicken strips. They tasted undercooked. 🤮 I got okra as the side and it was tiny little pieces. Considering what I paid, it was terrible.

This is my second visit to this location, i was there December 7th in the evening. the food was good and fresh this is about only chicken establishment that offers corn on the cob definitely hit the spot. But the big plus out of the service and food was the cashier very polite and professional, he definitely knows how to upsell and it was the perfect upsell. Its hard to find perfect polite employees like this gentlemen who seemed to put customers first.
The chicken is awesome especially the hot and spice chicken yummy ??????

I went there today to have the fried steak. This place used to have really great food. This was a horrible experience. I asked for milk gravy on my mashed. I received milk water it didn't even stick to the meat. I got chicken gravy on my mashed potatoes. I hate chicken gravy! I also told them they didn't give me my Mac & cheese last time. She said I should've called no one ever answered. I live too far to come all the way back. I don't go to Farmington that much. You no longer get a biscuit with this. Their food and service really sucked today. I haven't bought KFC in years because I always enjoyed Churches. NEVER again!!! They have horrible attitudes. It looks like they're watering down the gravy both gravies. I will try the one in W Farmington if it's the same never again!

Super slow, workers didn't seem to care about getting the food out quick so they don't have to deal with customers being upset. All the male workers are trying to be funny and impress the girl. It's not hard to get food out in less than 10 minutes, but these guys have showed me otherwise. Fast food workers are the laziest with the easiest job, I've worked fast food for 3 years and it's not hard.. Management is just a sad excuse here.

We ordered at the drive thru, we get to the window and I had to reorder!! I asked for hot sauce for 10 piece chicken meal, I got 3 packets!!!! The macaroni and cheese was all mashed up and old and not very friendly at the window either, she closed up her window before I could ask for more hot sauce!!
