Young lady was rude as hell like girl ain’t nobody told you to work…ugh made me so mad snatching my card out my hand and being so hostile when I asked what came with the family pack. Also had the nerve to tell me to get my order right next time like the girl didn’t even repeat my order back to me ugh told the manger and she said or did nothing DON’T recommend

I bought 2 of the rub chicken meals, one spicy one regular rub. The lady at the counter told me it would be 17 minutes before I could get my meals d/t they only had one chicken rub ready. I told her I would wait, but after a few minutes she told me they did have the other rub ready. I got home and the spicy rub chicken was fine, but the regular rub chicken was dried up and the skin was like hard leather and the chicken was shriveled and small (I don't live close to this establishment or I would did not take it back to them). I tried to call their # to speak to the manager just to let them know what happeded, and the # that is listed online is disconnected, so I got their phone # from information and called it twice; it rang both times more that 15 times with no pick up. Don't leave their premises without looking at the food they give you if it's to go, so you are not shocked at the food quality when you get home.

Stopped here on 6/12 at approximately 7:15 to grab dinner, the oder taker at the box was immediately crabby. When I got to the window to pay for and collect my order the young lady working threw the window open and snatched my card out of my hand before slamming the window shut with enough force to make the glass rattle. She then proceeded to aggressively open the window again and all but throw my food at me and slam the window shut again, without return my card. I was stunned and sat in the drive through thinking that maybe she just needed to complete my payment but after a few minute she had not returned. I pulled into a parking spot and went inside to collect my card and the same young lady stomped over to cash register (where my card was sitting) and once once aggressively held it put to me all the while glaring. All in all a very hostile experience and one I am not looking to repeat. I will not be returning to this location and don't recommend it to anyone else. The food was fine, but the aggressively and rude service was completely inappropriate.

I came to order dinner tonight and upon ordering Food, the lady, taking my order was very rude and short with me. After patiently waiting at the window for a while before being spoken with, I had asked for a side of okra and the gentleman out the window told me, “I’ve got a long line and I can’t really add a side of okra.” And proceeded to walk away from me. I was an utter shock. It wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t need the side of okra and I didn’t know it was such a big deal to ask for it. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had
Why would a manager degrade and constantly correct a new employee verbally in front of customers they should never happen. Manager and cook.

It's not very welcoming when they tell you how much chicken is available. 7 pieces only? It's surely a hassle for those employees when customers make an order. I get it. You wanna get paid but don't wanna do your job. Didn't go through with purchasing. Red meat chicken mood from the employees.

They’ve changed the wording on menu items “classic” instead of “signature”, removed the word baked, etc etc… what it translates to is lower quality food overall, processed blended chicken patties equal to the nasty blended chicken people serve kids as chicken nuggets. Mac and cheese was cold and straight mush, couldn’t differentiate between the sauce and noodles. Was told to pull forward and wait “so they could make fresh fries” which they then forgot to put in the bag. Rude AF employees who were angry when I came back to get the forgotten fries. It’s really NOT my fault you guys made the mistake. Overall? Never again.

Horrible service. Made my wife feel so bad, she left crying. My wife is disabled and the girl taking the order cut her off over and over saying "ok, well I i didn't ask you that yet." My wife tried to explain that she has had strokes and the girl just laughed at her. We decided to leave without buying dinner, the girl just sat there smiling and laughing at us. I tried calling 3 times for a manager's number and was hung up on every time. I can't believe that it's 2025 and people are still laughing and making fun of disabled people.
