I like churches chicken better than KFC and salty Popeyes chicken. But when I go to get my chicken meal it's wait we put some more chicken in the pot. They run out of chicken or something. And never a hello when u order it's what do you want. Need customer service training . Other than that chickens ?

I asked to repeat the order since I'm hard of hearing. Was told the order in a frustrated, mocking tone. Pulled up to the window and could hear them talking about my order and making fun because I couldn't hear very well. I heard everything.Just trying to get some food for my family after a long day.My jalapeño poppers were smashed at the bottom of the bag.

We've had many instances of not receiving a parts of the order we paid for at this particular location. It always feels awkward bringing it up because I'm sure we get suspected of lying about it. I appreciate they threw in some extra biscuits but I'd prefer not having to drive back to the restaurant to retrieve something they forgot to put in.

I rarely give 5/5 stars to fast food places but this was an exception. The customer service was top notch and they made my family feel like we were part of their family. Chicken was cooked to perfection. Decent size with the sides. If we ever in town we will be visiting this establishment again.
