The ice cream is always good but the service is lacking heavily as well as the cleanliness. There was a worker in the front area eating ice cream while wearing gloves and proceeded to check me out at the register all while wearing the same gloves. Spilt ice cream and overflowing trash everywhere
It was really good. Costumer service was top tier. And very fast. The four guys working did an amazing job and got us in and out fast
Im very disappointed. But I guess it’s happening everywhere with everything. For a “less than” 1 scoop is right under $5. They must be using a teaspoon for the toppings. That saying “less is best”? For my topping, there was 2 bigger chunks that coulda went in the bowl but all got scraped into whatever is underneath the counter. I don’t think it’s worth the price. This is my 3rd time trying and at different locations, 2 other states, and I have the same opinion overall with Coldstone icecream places.

As for the staff, one young lady was excetional. The other 3 need coaching or a new career path.
The building left a lot to be desired. Tables needing cleaning floor was dirty and a lack of general maintenance. The restroom although fairly clean had no toilet paper or paper towels.

Friendly, fast and clean!
Ice cream was delicious of course but the girl at our location, you can tell she doesn’t want to be there and wasn’t very friendly and it wasn’t just today, it’s every time I’m in there. Just thought I’d let you know. I think her name was Gessel.
