Food is great but when makimg me and wife were ordering i ordered mine with green chili and with out even asking she outs it on wifes as well and when asked to remake she glared amd was quiet rude to the plimt of not putting really any cheese on jers but smothering mine, did not like the nasty comments and rude glares, would not go back

I don’t usually leave a review (especially a negative review), but I received a very, very poor customer services. The staffs that serve on the food line had a very poor attitude. They are not friendly and unapproachable. They even make me feel awkward and uncomfortable as a first time diner. The food was very small portion. The money that we paid was not equal to the portion size of the food we got, very disappointed. We left the restaurant dissatisfied overall. The food tasted good, if the customer service is a little better, I would actually consider going back to support the business, but I probably wouldn’t go back in the near future. Good luck!
I had went into costa vida because the burritos are good, but when we walk in, no one says hi or even says anything. They stare at you while ur waiting because they aren't done talking to their friends. They laugh at you and make you honestly really uncomfortable. The food is pretty great that's why I keep coming back, for as long as I've been coming here there are 3 workers who are horrible to every costumer. I see all these reviews about how horrible the service is but nothing is changing. It makes me never want to come back. The only time I see them half decent is when the owner is in.

Parking: There is a drive through at select locations. This one in Farmington doesn't have that option. So we parked in the rain, and one of us "ran" inside yo get our food. PARKING AVAILABLE BY THE BUILDING
Kid-friendliness: Their child's meal is filling for adults with small appetites.

Haven't been here for awhile, but decided to try it again and customer service wasn't there, STILL!! Food was okay,but one girl makin tortillas was rude, no smile. I mean go home lady if you don't feel like being there. I'm sure there's other friendly people out there that wanna work. The tortillas were kinda still doughy, not really cooked jus becuz of her attitude. Please get rid of this girl and hire some friendly people.BTW, l cook tortillas a lot, l know it how a cooked one it looks.

My family came in 15 minutes after opening to get lunch . The cross contamination could definitely be worked on . The staff put raw shrimp on the grill (from a portion cup) the juice from the shrimp was running down his glove and he did not charge them before scooping or handling our other food . Also the other staff down the line was rude she did not talk and was very dismissive . The other issue we had was the cost we had to pay extra for lettuce on the side if we got it in our burrito. We got shrimp tacos (2) and 1 wet burrito and 2 drinks that added up to 43 bucks. Last but not least the drink station was nasty ? calcium buildup on the ice dispenser dried juice with dust stuck to it and the worst was the strawberry lemonade. The staff put new products in a dirty dispenser that had leftover strawberries and we know it was leftover because the strawberries were stuck to the top and it had white foam . The ice tea has a metallic taste that could be avoided with a plastic liner in the container . I understand that they just opened for the day but things could be better . The food was good.

The first lady that was taking orders was completely rude. Sorry being there was a thorn in your butt and you had to take my order. Everyone else was great. Food was yummy as usual.
Food was good. Bowl meat portion a little on the small side. But it tasted great. Employees service was okay but they didn't seem very friendly or approachable.
To the owner who responds to the reviews on here, try giving a genuine response to peoples concerns on here instead of the generic corporate response. Show like you actually care about your customers and the business instead of blowing people off.

Been to CVs in Utah and Texas….this store in Farmington, NM was very good. Came in a half-hour before closing on Thursday evening, but the staff was friendly and able to quickly complete my order. Very clean store, great job by your employees, and very tasty food. Hope to return the next time I’m passing through.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of tables (large and small) and chairs available, with high chairs and boosters prob available
