Fui el martes a esa hora de las 3 la comida muy excelente pero no puedo decir lo mismo del servicio de la manager con los clientes y a previa vista se ve que trata mal al personal y les grita muy fuerte habiendo mucho gente y eh leído que se quejan mucho de ella y aún así sigue igual que siempre.

This has been updated they no longer carry wheat tortillas.... Whole wheat tortillas are made with whole grain flour, which is less refined and provides more fiber and nutrients compared to white flour. Reason I would go there. I guess I'm done with this place. The reason this place went down 4 stars also has to do with the constant hiring of kids who don't know customer service yet. Let alone life skills and communication. Think I'm done with this place.

There were four ppl in front of us and it took AN HOUR to get our food. Every table on the place was filthy (we washed our own) but there were only three tables being used.
The girl and boy in the front who helped us were tryying so hard but the rest of their team kept disappearing to yhe back to giggle.
They were out of chicken, green chile sauce, lettuce, and most everything esle as they scrambled to do their job AND prep all the food keep everything moving.
My husband was furious and my kids were sobbing by the time we FINALLY got our food.
I could not be more disappointed.
UPDATE: There was blood in the men's bathrom on the toilet. I threw my food away.

It took an hour to get our food. There were only 4 people in front of us. 75% of the staff were next to useless. All of them were pretty rude. Thermostat is set at 81 degrees with the sun flooding into the restaurant. There wasn't a clean table to be found. The floor was incredibly filthy. The bathroom was unusable. And they wouldn't offer a first responder discount. I will not come here again. Consumer beware.

Took over 10 minutes to be waited on. The staff seemed unorganized. Once waited on... they were great!
The gentleman misunderstand what I ordered, I told the next lady in line to serve me (She had colored contacts) that gentleman must’ve misunderstood what I had ordered. Obviously annoyed she said..So Do You Want Me To Re-Make it! I told her I just Want a chicken chipotle salad and I know it has lettuce in it. She threw the one that the gentleman had started in the trash..Then said “I asked you”! I guess … to punish me she gave me about half of what I was supposed to get and then had to cashier charge me extra because I wanted to guacamole on the side instead of on the top. I had taken friends with me and told him how much I loved this place, needless to say they were not impressed. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed as well! 😣 I seriously doubt that this post will make any difference. Although I will not be recommending or taking friends there again. Until today, I did not realize that they had so many negative reviews.

I have a gluten allergy so I normally love Costa Vida. We waited in line for over 20 minutes just to realize this is the only location I’ve ever heard of that doesn’t have corn tortillas. If you’re counting on gluten free food, don’t go here!

Every time I come here to pick up food with DoorDash they always don’t help you, they always just start on the order, and they are always never friendly one female in particular and with pink hair.. be professional people.

Have been missing Costa Vida since I left Utah. The food was as good as I remember. Good thing because the wait was long. Staff was friendly.
We arrived at a busy time, but that wasn't the issue. Apart from the first guy, who asked questions about the items we wanted, my wife and I both found it odd that nobody else said anything to us without prompting. The next two ladies held the items, then just stared, one with creepy blue eye contacts. Literally no words. Silence long enough to be awkward. I had to ask what happens at that station. When we asked questions, we got a two word response, which didn't help. Confusion to the max. We've been to other locations where this was not a problem. After the ordering, the only complaint was that the horchata (which is typically my favorite part) was watered down to the point of being tasteless. I saw two others pour out full cups, because it was like water. Overall not the worst experience at a restaurant, but I probably wouldn't go back to this location.

By far the worst Costa Vida I’ve been to. Black beans had weird taste and mostly juice and little beans. Some of the food were mixed with others because of the sloppy way they refill and scoop food on top of others. It felt warm in the building like there’s no AC or wasn’t working properly. Not their fault but staff look so young and inexperienced at making and handling food they were so slow which created long line and long wait. Will not be stopping here again and just eat at the Costa Vida in my hometown.

Not a good experience today. There was enough staff, but 2 females were visiting and holding up the line. In fact 2 people in front of me and 2 people behind me left after being in line 15 minutes. I was charged for extra mango salsa and when I stated I did not order extra I was told I would have to wait to have it removed from my ticket. My nachos were ready, but not my shrimp tacos. The 1 female that was so busy chatting that she couldn't seem to get my tacos together. I was told the tacos would be brought to my table, but I had placed my order to go, so I stood and waited. Finally, I was handed a piping hot container and no bag. Also, no napkins, or utensils. By the time I had my entire order, my nachos were soggy.

It was literally so good that I had no choice but to go back the VERY NEXT DAY for lunch again😂 someone recommended this when I was planning to get Chipotle and im happy I decided to try something new! From now on its this instead of Chipotle;)
