They were too busy filling online orders to help us. They were not helpful when asked about different selections. They were out of shrimp, so no tacos.

This location is the worst!!! Every time (3 times now) I have ordered take out and it is never ready. Today the girl told me directly that she never put my order in!!! So unprofessional!! Never eat here! Food is also mediocre at best.

I just went to Costa Vida today January 30th 2026. And i am happy with their service every time. Keep up the great work. Prices can outweigh quantity in this age. But quality is more valid to me. God Bless You All

They reallllllllly need to hire someone to make to-go orders separately instead of pulling line staff to stop the entire line to catch up on to-go orders. Also, the manager there is extremely rude to the staff. Its disheartening to watch.

The service is unorganized and extremely slow. No evidence of a manager on site. The assembly line model is a disaster. Multiple orders ahead of us were confused, possibly because the in person orders were being merged with online orders. Food was good, but we had to watch it during assembly to keep the staff from confusing our order with others.
Update: Costa Vida apparently needs your order number when they reach out. Save your receipt (I did not).

We waited in line for over an hour, they were clearly understaffed but an hour is pushing it. While ordering they were not really listening and got parts of our order wrong causing our food to be made wrong. The counters were extremely cluttered with pans, the cashier was making food with the same gloves he was handling money with, which is extremely unsanitary. For the price of the food, we expected better quality of the overall experience. Totally understandable being understaffed, but it's unacceptable to use being understaffed as an excuse to be unsanitary.

Used to be 5-star but it’s been inconsistent lately.

Last few times we went (about two months apart) the restaurant was not kept up well - juices were out of stock as were the paper towels in the bathrooms. Service is SUPER slow - took an hour to get our food walking in the store even though there are at least 8 employees - all seem to be in high school, didn’t see any adults.

Food quality is still high however we were disappointed to be served cilantro stems and rotten leaves this time (see photo) and the limes were all brown.

We love Costa Vida and go whenever we are near one but this location is starting to concern us :\

Ordered a sweet pork burrito online with extra meat, pico, guacamole, sour cream.

After eating about a quarter of it with no meat I cut open the rest. There was a tiny bit of meat in the last 8th of the burrito while the rest was just rice and beans.

They also forgot the pico. Don’t pay for the sour cream as it’s not worth the amount given (maybe they do more for in person orders?)

Pretty disappointing to get back to your hotel and have a $17 porkless pork burrito.

Usually the place is pretty awesome but in the last couple of months it's changed. One of the main ladies was rude , wanted to upcharge us for every little thing. My sister had an issue with her steak bowl tasting rancid and the same lady made snide remarks about giving us a refund. The lady also didnt seem to understand that my quesadilla was supposed to go with my wife's order but kept wanting to charge other people's items to it when it was the employees fault all the other orders were out of sequence. Look at the other reviews and it seems like the same complaints across the board.

They are extremely extremely slow. I have been to several Costa Vidas and this is by far the worst so far. If you order ahead don’t even plan on the food being ready at that time. Ordered 1 salad and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I showed up I was told there are several people in front of me and that it could be another 30 minutes. Are you serious? For a salad? Ya I’m not impressed in the slightest and will definitely find places around here to eat instead.

Waited an hour in line to order our food. Only one employee seemed to know what they were doing. It was way too long a wait. The store was messy and the bathroom was gross. What is going on at this location?
