The people helping us were friendly. I ordered the sweet pork enchiladas because I've been craving them for the last couple of years and truly it did not hit the spot but it was still good.

I ordered a sweet pork burrito. The guy only put one little scoop of sweet pork then smeared it across the tortilla. I had more tortilla than what was in my burrito plus rice and beans but more tortilla than anything.

Ordered a reg salad lady helping me wasn’t very nice. Barely put any lettuce on it when I asked for more she rudely said it would be extra. 11 dollar salad and was given a tiny scoop of lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous to charge 11 for a salad and give that much lettuce.

The first female in the food line was extremely rude. Didn't greet me in any way and when I pointed at the queso and asked what it was she just threw it on my bowl. The other two employees were very pleasurable to order from, I haven't come across someone this rude in the food business in a long time though

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this restaurant. It used to be so good. It has seriously gone down hill. Past 4 times going in here rice has been crunchy, chicken dry. Its sad… Service is terrible, they need to have a completely different station for their online orders. Need to hire better employees as well, hate attitude of some of the employees.

My husband and I went to this restaurant today ans had the worst experience. The first HUGE issue was that his food had a physical contamination that seemed to be a sharp plastic object. He got this object stuck in his throat when eating his food. After my husband reached into his mouth to try to get the item out he ended up running into the restroom and puking out this object. My husband puked up blood and ended up breaking blood vesles. The next issue was that the restaurant did not take this situation seriously and did not even apologize. Instead they offered us food that we then threw away. I could go on and on about how rude they were or how the sinks in the restroom woudn't even run (which is actually disgusting). But overall I would not recommend this place to anyone, with the main reason being safety.
Cheese spilled all over the bag. And I asked for smothered burrito and they barely put anything on it for being $18 total not worth it.

Costa Vida is usually my favorite restaurant but the food here didn’t quite taste right. I got nachos and the chips tasted gross and the pico was not very good and tasted old and there was a giant chunk of tomato that looked gross. The staff was nice but I probably won’t come back to this location because of the sub par food. It honestly tasted different and less good than all the other costa vidas I went to and the store smelled weird.

Food is great but when makimg me and wife were ordering i ordered mine with green chili and with out even asking she outs it on wifes as well and when asked to remake she glared amd was quiet rude to the plimt of not putting really any cheese on jers but smothering mine, did not like the nasty comments and rude glares, would not go back

I don’t usually leave a review (especially a negative review), but I received a very, very poor customer services. The staffs that serve on the food line had a very poor attitude. They are not friendly and unapproachable. They even make me feel awkward and uncomfortable as a first time diner. The food was very small portion. The money that we paid was not equal to the portion size of the food we got, very disappointed. We left the restaurant dissatisfied overall. The food tasted good, if the customer service is a little better, I would actually consider going back to support the business, but I probably wouldn’t go back in the near future. Good luck!
I had went into costa vida because the burritos are good, but when we walk in, no one says hi or even says anything. They stare at you while ur waiting because they aren't done talking to their friends. They laugh at you and make you honestly really uncomfortable. The food is pretty great that's why I keep coming back, for as long as I've been coming here there are 3 workers who are horrible to every costumer. I see all these reviews about how horrible the service is but nothing is changing. It makes me never want to come back. The only time I see them half decent is when the owner is in.
